| Northeast China is one of the important peanut planting areas in my country, and pest damage in peanut fields is an important factor affecting the yield and quality of peanuts. This experiment was conducted in July-September 2020 in the Songyuan area of Jilin Province on peanuts in mulching(A)plots(planting Huayu 25),bare plots(B)plots(planting four reds),and bare plots(C)In the plot(planting Huayu 40),the peanut field arthropods were collected and identified by the net catching method, the yellow plate method and the trap method.A comparative analysis and discussion on the characteristics of arthropod community structure and seasonal changes under different cultivation modes and different peanut varieties in the same cultivation mode were carried out, aiming to provide a theoretical scientific basis for the scientific control of peanut field pests in this area. The main test results are as follows:1.A total of 12 orders of arthropods were collected from the three experimental sites namely,Arachnid,Orthoptera,Neuroptera,Thysanoptera,Hemiptera,Diptera,Coleoptera,Odonata,Lepidoptera, and Dermaptera,Homoptera and Hymenop-tera.Among them, the number of Diptera species accounted for the largest proportion, more than 30%.In the four subcommunity of herbivorous, parasitic, predatory and neutral subcommunity divided into peanut field arthropod communities, the proportion of herbivorous insects is A>C>B,Among them in the B plot cultivation mode, neutral insects accounted for the largest proportion.2.The structure of the arthropod community in the peanut field in Songyuan,Jilin Province showed a three-stage seasonal change pattern.Under the two different cultivation modes of filmcovered and bare land, the number of arthropod individuals in the film-covered plots was in a stable state, while the bare plots dropped to the lowest value at the end of July.Comparing the relative abundance of the four subcommunity in the field arthropod community,it was found that the relative abundance of plots A and B was relatively stable;except for the parasitic subcommunity in plot C,the other three subcommunity all experienced a sharp decline in abundance during the end of July, which may be due to the impact of peanut variety characteristics and climatic habitat.3.There are differences in the structure characteristics of arthropod communities in peanut fields under the two different cultivation modes of plastic film mulching and bare land. The species diversity of the mulched plots planted with the same variety was significantly higher than that of the bare plots.According to the evenness and dominance index, the 4 subcommunity in the mulched plots were more evenly distributed.4.There is no significant difference in the structure of arthropod community among different varieties of plots under the same cultivation mode.In the early stage of crop growth, the species planted in the four-red plots are more advantageous than the species planted in the flower-breeding plots, and the opposite is true in the middle and late stages of crop growth. |
