| Quality is an important index to determine the market value of rice.Grain shape,chalkiness rate and amylose content are important quality traits of rice.In this study,a BC3F3 population with 287 families constructed by using Vary Tarva Osla as donor parent and Kongyu131 as recurrent parent,was used as materials.The QTL of grain shape,chalkiness rate and apparent amylose content were located by establishing molecular marker genetic linkage map,and the effect of QTL were verified by using segregation population.The main results were as follows:1.119 pairs of markers were used to construct a genetic linkage map with a total genetic distance of 1030.3 c M.Based on the phenotypic data of grain length,grain width,white back rate,white core rate,white belly rate and apparent amylose content,15 QTL linked with marker interval were detected,including 4 QTL controlling grain length,5 QTL controlling grain width,5 QTL controlling white core rate and 1 QTL controlling apparent amylose content after QTL analysis.QTL related to grain length were distributed on chromosome 1,5,8 and 11,with phenotypic variation rate ranging from 5.40%to 15.29%,and additive effect ranging from 0.11 mm to 0.26 mm.QTL controlling grain width were distributed on chromosomes 1,2,6 and 12,which explained 5.37%-20.90%of the phenotypic variation,and their additive effect ranged from 0.08 mm to 0.21 mm.The QTL controlling white core rate were located on chromosome 1 and 11,which explained 3.95%-13.31%of white core rate variation,and the additive effect range was 10.04%-15.47%.The QTL controlling apparent amylose content was located on chromosome 6,and the additive effect was 1.74%,which explained 10.83%of the genetic variation.2.Using the segregation populations of related QTL,the effect verification was carried out in 2019 and 2020,and a total of 6 effective loci were detected in two years.The grain length effect of q GL1 was detected in two years,and the additive effect were0.20 mm and 0.16 mm respectively.Its grain width effect was only detected in 2020and the additive effect was 0.04 mm.q GL5 only had the effect of grain width in 2019and the additive effect of grain width is 0.03 mm.q GW1.1 controlled both grain length and width and their additive effect were 0.07 mm and 0.03 mm.q GW6 controlled the grain width and its additive effect was 0.06 mm.q WCR1.4 only controlled the white core rate and the additive effect were 13.06%and 0.80%in two years respectively.An additional white core rate loci q WCR4 had an additive effect of 4.50%.3.A population including 559 individuals was developed for q GL1 locus and 101recombinant individuals were screened out.According to the effect values,the locus was divided into two effective regions q GL1.1 and q GL1.2.q GL1.1,located between T1.34.9 and T1.34.99,was narrowed in 0.5 Mb region and q GL1.2,located between T1.39.2 and T1.39.70,was narrowed in 3 Mb region. |
