The problem of plant disease is widespread in the world,which poses a serious threat to human health,ecological environment,agricultural economy and other aspects.Fusarium oxysporum is the main pathogen of plants,which can cause many kinds of plant wilt.It is urgent to solve the problem of plant disease.Biological control of plant diseases has the characteristics of safety,environmental protection and high efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study it.In this project,two strains of biocontrol bacteria and seven stains of biocontrol fungi were stored in the laboratory,which were Paenibacillus polymyxa,Bacillus pumilus,Trichoderma harzianum,Trichoderma pseudoharzianum,Trichoderma afriharzianum,Trichoderma asperellum,Trichoderma asperelloides,Trichoderma rossicum and Trichoderma atroviride.They were activated and their morphology were observed.They were strains that have been preserved in the laboratory.They were used to determine the growth curves of 9 biocontrol strains by turbidimetric method and dry weight method.The antagonistic test between biocontrol bacteria and biocontrol fungi was carried out to determine the combination of strains that can construct the complex flora.Then the inoculation proportion and inoculation time of different combination of strains were determined,and the control effect of single target biocontrol bacteria and complex flora were compared.A total of ten complex flors were successfully constructed,and the control effect was increased by 16.0%、16.3%、14.3%、18.7%、19.7%、19.4%、18.3%、16.0%、14.8%、16.4%.Finally,the germination test of rape seeds was carried out to determine the control effect of different compound agents on Fusarium oxysporum under different dilution times,and each compound agent had good control effect on it.This project provides a theoretical basis for the development of compound microbial agent and its biological control effect,and paves the way for the practical application of compound microbial agent in pot and field experiments.
