Effects Of Compound Enzyme Preparation On Reproductive Performance,Cecal Microflora And Metabolomics Of Xinjiang Yili Goose | | Posted on:2021-12-31 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J H Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2493306602463264 | Subject:Animal husbandry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound enzyme preparation on reproductive performance,serum parameters,cecal microflora and metabolomics of Yili goose.A total of 200 Yili geese aged 4 years old were selected,and were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replications and 5 geese per replication(l male and 4 female).The geese in the control group were fed a corn-soybean diet.And the trial groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the same basal diet with 0.2,0.3 and 0.4 g/kg compound enzyme preparation,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 38 days.The results showed that:(1)On the production performance of Yili goose,the laying rate of the trial group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the control group by 25.78%(P<0.05),feed egg ratio of trial group Ⅱ was lower than that of the control group by 21.72%(P<0.05).(2)On the serum parameters of Yili goose,the total protein and the globulin of the trial groupⅡwere significantly increased by 21.51%(P<0.05)and 30.61%(P<0.05),respectively.The activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase of the trial group Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ were improved by 69.85%(P<0.05),41.26%(P<0.05)and 49.02%(P<0.05),respectively.The glucose of the trial group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were extremely significantly increased by 55.61%(P<0.01),55.81%(P<0.01)and 38.02%(P<0.01),respectively.The total cholesterol content of the trial group Ⅱ was significantly decreased by 15.97%(P<0.05).The low-density lipoproteins of the trial group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decreased by 37.66%(P<0.05)and 37.01%(P<0.05),respectively.The GnRH content of the trial group Ⅱ was extremely significantly higher than that of the control group and the trial group Ⅰ by 26.02%(P<0.01)and 23.36%(P<0.01);the FSH content of the trial group was significantly higher than the control group by 22.02%(P<0.05);the LH content of the trail group Ⅱ was extremely significantly increased by 19.42%(P<0.01).The E2 content of the trail group Ⅱ was extremely significantly higher than the control group by 24.67%(P<0.01);the P4 content of the trail group Ⅱ was lower than the control group by 7.56%(P<0.05).(3)At the phylum level of cecal microflora,compared with the that of control group,the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was extremely significantly increased by 21.15%(P<0.01),the relative abundance of Fusobacteria was extremely significantly decreased by 93.91%(P<0.01).At the genus level,the relative abundance of Bacteroides was extremely significantly increased by 44.80%(P<0.01),and desulfovibrio was significantly increased by 63.91%(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Fusobacterium was decreased by 93.91%(P<0.01).(4)On the cecal content metabonomics of Yili goose,a total of 5,530 metabolites were detected and 21 differential metabolites were determined in the control group and trail group Ⅱ.The contents of 12 metabolites such as N-acetyl L-citrulline,Pregnenolone sulfate and L-citrulline were significantly up-regulated,while the contents of 9 metabolites such as N2-(D-1 carboxyethyl)-L-lysine,5-Methoxyindole acetate and(R)-Lactate were significantly down-regulated.(5)By correlation analysis,it was found that(R)-Lactate was negatively correlated with the number of Bacteroides,and(-)-Isopiperiten was positively correlated with the number of Faecalibacterium and Papillibacter.In summary,dietary supplementation with 0.3 g/kg compound enzyme preparation can significantly improve the production performance of Yili goose.The relative abundance of beneficial bacteria was enhanced and the relative abundance of harmful bacteria was reduced,and the balance of cecal microflora of Yili geese was improved,it can make significant changes in 21 metabolites and related metabolic pathways in the body of Yili goose.Metabolites have a strong correlation with cecal microflora,and the nutrient utilization rate is improved,so the reproductive performance of Yili goose is improved. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Compound enzyme preparation, Yili goose, Reproductive performance, Serum parameters, Cecal microflora, Metabolomics | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
