The purpose of this study was to provide data support for the nutritional needs of the pigeon squab of Tarim pigeon by and its effet on blood parameter sixty Tarim pigeons were selected with and metabolomics analysis of pigeon milk of Tarim pigeon of different age.Sixty health squabs at o day of age,with similar weight,hatched and feeded by the health pro pigeons were selected,At 3,7,10,15,21,28 day age,ten squabs were slaughtered randomly to obtain the blood sample and pigeon milk.The results showed that:① The blood urea content decreases with the age,and 3,7,10,15,21,28 days of age the content of blood urea was 4.92,1.59,0.80,0.73,0.38,0.34 mmol/L respectively.② The content of TG and HDL-C in blood the increase with the age of day;(③ At the age of 3 days,the content of Glu,TCH,LDL-C of pigeon was 17.07,8.40,1.78 mmol/L respectively,and the Glu,TCH,LDL-C decreased to the lowest at 7 days,and then increased with the age of days,suggesting that the metabolism of the pigeons of 3 days may have special characteristics;④ Metabonomics alalysis showed that 1151 metabolites were detected at 15-and 3-day ages pigeon milk,total of 766 metabolites with up-regulated differences were screened out at 15-and 3-day ages pigeon milk,respectively are:xylose 1,3,5dihydroxyphenylglycine 1,fructose 2,deoxyinosine,4-methoxyphenylacetic acid,3-(3-hydrox yphenyl)propionic acid,2-hydroxy-3-isopropylbutanedioic acid,n-acetyl-d-galactosamine 1,lacto se 1,ribose;there were 385 different metabolites down regulated.Showed that the composition of pigeon milk was different between 15-day and 3-day ages,respectively are:L-glutamic acid,glutamic acid,1-methylguanosine,alpha-ketoglutaric acid,arg-his,oxoproline,L-sorbose,thiabendazole,phosphate,methyl phosphate;⑤ The kinds and quantities of amino acids,lipids and sugars required by 3-day-old and 15-day-old squabs were different;⑥ Combining with metabolome and blood indexes,the results showed that amino acid metabolism was active in the early growth of squabs.It is conclued that:① The types and quantities of amino acids,lipids,sugars and other nutrients were different in the early growth stage of squab;② The metabolism of squab may have its particularity in the early growth stage.
