The reason why agriculture must be developed in a green and ecological direction:people take food as their first priority,and agriculture is an industry that every country must strengthen.Due to the excessive demand on the yield,a large number of pesticides and fertilizers are put into the market,bringing unprecedented challenges to food security.In addition,with the continuous development of society,the goal of food and clothing is no longer people’s pursuit,to focus on food safety and quality.In the end,the green mountains are the gold and silver mountains.The excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers leads to the hardening of the soil,nutrient loss,ecological environment destruction,and the imminent agricultural transformation.In this environment,some ancillary products of eco-agriculture were put into use,first some low-toxic pesticides were exposed to by people,then microbial fertilizers were gradually known by pcople.It is a milestone in the development of ecological agriculture that microbial microbial agent is put into use.Microbial fertilizers can promote the decomposition of fertilizers and accelerate the absorption of nutrients in crops.In addition,microbial fertilizers can also improve the soil,microbial activities and metabolites can change the effective porosity and aggregate structure of the soil.The main reason why diseases,pests and weeds are easy to happen in agriculture is that the planting of a single crop in a large area does not conform to the principle of ecological diversity.Intercropping between crops is to solve this problem.Increasing crop diversity in the field can reduce the occurrence of diseases to a certain extent.Intercropping of nectar source plants and avoidance plants can well control the occurrence of insect pests.This paper mainly discusses the effects of the whole-process organic/green planting system driven by beneficial microorganisms on the change of crops and soil and the prevention of disease and grass in tomato intercropping.1.Study on the synergistic system of cucumber dosingIn this study,three concentration gradients and a blank control were set.The amount of pesticide and fertilizer in BeMMO system was 0,the amount of pesticide and fertilizer in BeMMG system was reduced,conventional pesticide and fertilizer were used normally,and clear water was used.In this experiment,the preseed and post-seed soils treated by the above four treatments were tested,and the organic matter in the soil treated by BeMMO and BeMMG increased to different degrees,which increased by 11.97%and 5.09%respectively compared with the soil before planting.The chlorophyll content of cucumber treated with BeMMO and BeMMG systems was significantly different from that of conventional cultivation,with increases of 7.4%and 8.2%,respectively.In addition,BeMMO and BeMMG system treatment could improve the fruit setting rate,which increased by 26.4%and 41.9%respectively compared with conventional planting.The quality of cucumber also improved.2.Study on the synergistic system of Lettuce dosingLettuce clear heat diuresis,huoxue to milk,can promote the metabolism of the human body,has the role of clearing the liver,is loved by the public,but the occurrence of sclerotia disease of lettuce occurs frequently,greatly affects crop yield and quality.The experimental study on the whole-process organic green planting system driven by beneficial microorganisms has certain control effect on the sclerotinia disease of lettuce.Compared with the blank control,the control effect of BeMMG treatment is the best,followed by the BeMMO system treatment,which is 33.1%and 26.4%,respectively.Compared with the conventional treatment,the control effect is 67.3%and 34.0%.At the same time,the soil and crop quality were determined before and after planting,and it was found that the organic matter content of the soil increased after the treatment of BeMMO system and BeMMG system,which increased by 1.8%and 1.6%respectively.3.Selection of tomato combination for breeding and prevention of diseasePreliminary experiment has been screened for tomato grows prevention effect of three kinds of crops,coriander,garden chrysanthemum and green onion,experiment two collocation,three three collocation,to observe the growth of tomato and the incidence of bacterial wilt disease,experiment proves that the effect is the best match for the coriander tomato and garden chrysanthemum,which was 8.33%,the incidence of bio-control effect reached 85.72%,the effect is remarkable.It was followed by thecombination of onion,tomato and cilantro,with an incidence of 16.7%,far less than that of the control group.Thus,species diversity has a good effect on crop disease prevention. |
