| Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sisensis H),also known as river crab,is a unique and famous aquatic product in China.It is mainly distributed in the Yangtze River Basin from Shanghai Chongming Island to the east of Hubei Province and in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui.River crab is one of the dominant aquaculture species in Pukou District and one of the characteristic aquaculture industries in Pukou District.It has a continuous aquaculture area of about 9,000 mu,accounting for 24.86%of the aquaculture area in the whole district.This article outlines the biological characteristics of river crabs such as life habits,growth habits,natural distribution of river crabs,and the current status of industrial development.It also describes the cultivation techniques of different crab species and the crab breeding models in various regions.This article focuses on the research of green healthy farming technology and industrial development countermeasures of river crab in Pukou District,aiming to promote the experience of river crab farming technology and industrial development in Pukou District.In order to promote the development of the crab industry in Pukou District,this paper studies the "Changjiang No.2" crab breeding technology and the "Changjiang No.1" green crab breeding technology.In terms of crab breeding:the introduction of high-quality large-size(200g/head for female crabs and 300g/head for male crabs)broodstock"Changjiang No.2" big-eye larvae to breed crabs;plant good water peanuts around the pool The shore area is 1～1.5m,making the area of water peanuts account for about 50%;equipped with microporous aeration equipment according to 0.2～0.3kw/mu to keep the dissolved oxygen content above 5mg/L.Adult crab breeding:stocking high-quality large-scale "Changjiang No.1" crab species(120～160/kg),properly cultivating silver carp and mandarin fish,not lobster and green shrimp;water plants are black leaf algae and Elodea,Regular stubble,strictly waterproof grass rot spoil the water quality;regularly use microbial preparations to improve water quality and bottom quality,use less chemical products,and implement fine management.And from the three aspects of rapid detection of drug residues in aquatic products,remote diagnosis of fish diseases,traceability of aquatic product quality and safety,the methods and measures for carrying out healthy crab aquaculture and strengthening the quality and safety of crab aquaculture in Pukou District were expounded.Strengthen pre-market crab detection,focusing on the detection of malachite green and furazolidone metabolite residues in crabs,and carry out pilot construction of aquatic products;implement remote diagnosis of diseases,promptly and accurately guide farmers to treat crab diseases,and reduce the harm of blind drug use To strengthen the protection of the aquaculture environment;the sales of crabs can be traced by scanning the QR code to strengthen product quality and safety supervision.Starting from "Internet+aquaculture",Established 274 water quality monitoring points in the breeding ponds of the whole area,covering 12,400 mu of breeding water surface,implementing dissolved oxygen monitoring,timely warning and alarming,reducing breeding risks and labor intensity,and developing wisdom Fishery construction.At the same time as the rapid development of the river crab industry in Pukou District,it is also faced with problems such as insufficient supply of refined seeds,lack of brand building,and increasing pressure on environmental protection.There are six aspects including sales channels,strengthening breeding environmental protection,and expanding the crab industry chain.Expand the scale of crab breeding bases,continue to introduce large-eyed larvae of high-quality large-scale crab breeding;expand the influence of the existing "Shangong Crab" brand,strengthen regional public brand construction;establish a new professional farmer team;develop Hema fresh,Shili Qinhuai and other online sales;carry out breeding tail water treatment,vigorously protect the breeding water environment.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed to promote the further development of the river crab industry in Pukou District. |
