Abstract/Summary:
In this study,’Shine Muscat’ grapes were used as test materials to study the spike growth,seedless rate and fruit of ’Shine Muscat’ grapes under different treatment periods,different concentrations and different combinations between GA3,CPPU,SM and TDZ The impact of quality is expected to find ways to further improve the management efficiency and fruit quality of ’Shine Muscat’ grapes and provide some theoretical support for production.The findings are as follows:1.In the study of using different concentrations of CPPU to treat ’Shine Muscat’ grapes before flowering,the results show that CPPU treatment before flowering can improve the fruit length,horizontal diameter and single fruit quality of ’Shine Muscat’ grapes.With the increase of CPPU treatment concentration,treatment with CPPU 3 mg/L was the best.2.In the study of using different concentrations of SM to treat ’Shine Muscat’ grapes before flowering,the results show that each treatment can effectively increase the seedless rate of ’Shine Muscat’ grapes,up to 96.1%,and increase the soluble solid content of the fruit,Decrease the content of titratable acid,improve the effect of solid acid ratio is significant.At the same time,SM will reduce the single fruit quality of the fruit,not the higher the concentration,the better.Based on the above considerations,the comprehensive quality of’Shine Muscat’ grapes treated with SM 200 mg/L before flowering was better.3.In the research of using GA3,CPPU and TDZ to treat ’Shine Muscat’ grapes,the results show that after GA3 20 mg/L+TDZ 3 mg/L is used to treat ’Shine Muscat’,CPPU with different concentrations after flowering GA3 treatment of ’Shine Muscat’ can significantly increase the fruit longitudinal,horizontal warp,single fruit weight and soluble solid content.After flowering,the combination of GA3,CPPU,and TDZ at the same time was not effective in treating ’Shine Muscat’ grapes.Taking all factors into consideration,the effect of GA3 25 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L after flowering is better.In view of the above,using CPPU 3 mg/L before flowering to treat ’Shine Muscat’grapes has the best effect on flower ear elongation,which can significantly reduce the difficulty of artificial fruit repair and reduce labor costs.Treatment of ’Shine Muscat’ grapes with SM 200 mg/L before flowering significantly improved the seedless rate of the fruit,and the overall quality was better,which could effectively improve the overall quality.Treatment of ’Shine Muscat’ with GA3 20 mg/L+TDZ 3 mg/L in full bloom period,and treatment of ’Shine Muscat’ with GA3 25 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L two weeks after flowering can improve the fruit single fruit quality and soluble solid form The comprehensive effect of the content and other aspects is better.
