This experiment was carried out research on exogenous regulation techniques and methods for’kaorino’ strawberry about leggy plants, thin stems, poor resistance to stress, inhibits flower bud differentiation caused by high temperature during summer seedling breeding and fruit yield and quality decline caused by vigorous vegetative growth of strawberry plants when temperature rises in spring.Using ’kaorino’ strawberry seedlings as materials, different concentrations of Prohexadione-calcium(ProCa)were used for foliar spraying, and the effects of different concentrations of ProCa on their morphological characteristics and seedling quality were analyzed. The treated strawberry seedlings were planted in September, and the effects on yield and quality of the treated seedlings were observed after planting. Finally, different concentrations of ProCa were sprayed on the leaves in March when strawberry plants were prosperous, and the effects of ProCa on flowers and fruits were analyzed. The main findings are as follows:1.The effects of ProCa on the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area and leaf thickness of’kaorino’ seedlings were significantly different.Among them,750mg/L ProCa has the best effect on inhibiting plant growth and increasing leaf thickness, which reducing plant height by 9.30cm and increasing leaf thickness by 0.086mm;500mg/L ProCa has the best effect on increasing the stem thickness of strawberry, which increased by 1.33 mm;The concentration of ProCa was negatively correlated with the size of leaf area.2.ProCa has a significant effect on the root-shoot ratio of ’kaorino’ seedlings.250mg/L ProCa increased the weight of the aerial part of seedlings, and different concentration treatments can all increase the weight of the underground part of seedlings;500mg/L and 750mg/L ProCa can increased the root-shoot ratio of strawberry seedlings significantly; All concentrations of ProCa improved the seedling strength index, the order from high to low is 500mg/L>750mg/L>100mg/L>250mg/L>CK1.3.The treatment of ProCa has a significant effect on flowering.Strawberries can bloom earlier after treatment. The beginning and full blooming period is 1-3 days earlier without affecting the number of flowers; Each concentration of ProCa can significantly increase the pedicel thickness, and the treatment of 500 mg/L is the best.4.The effects of ProCa treatment on the fruit quality and yield of strawberry were significant.Soluble solids content, maximum fruit weight, commercial fruit yield and total yield were increased after the treatment.500mg/L and 750mg/L ProCa increased the soluble solids content in strawberry fruit; All concentrations increased the maximum single fruit weight significantly;Except for 100mg/L treatment, the total yield of others increased significantly.5.Spraying ProCa on strawberry plants in spring has a positive effect on the quality of strawberry inflorescence.250~750mg/L ProCa can advance strawberry first flowering period by 1 day and full flowering period by 2 days without affecting the number of flowers.Different concentrations of ProCa can significantly increase the pedicel thickness of spring strawberry, and the effect of 500mg/L is the best.6.Spring spraying of calcium cyclamate can improve the yield and quality of ’kaorino’strawberry fruit.250~750mg/L ProCa can increase the soluble solid content of strawberry fruit;High concentration(500~750mg/L)ProCa treatment can significantly increase the maximum fruit weight, while the low concentration(100~250mg/L)ProCa has little difference with the control.ProCa can increase the commercial fruit rate of strawberries in spring, and the commercial fruit rate reaches the maximum when the concentration is 500 mg/L;When the ProCa treatment is 500 mg/L,the strawberry yield is the highest, the average increase per plant is 41.55g.
