Rape is one of the main oil crops in my country,and it plays an important role in the supply of edible oil in China.In the field of rape harvesting,foreign research institutes and companies have relatively mature research on rape harvesting equipment,and have initially entered the stage of intelligence and large-scale.However,my country’s research on rape combined harvesting equipment started late and is basically still in the mechanized stage.In addition,due to the complicated parameter matching and variable control factors in the rape harvesting process,my country’s existing equipment has low operating efficiency and low intelligence.Aiming at the problem of low intelligence of my country’s existing rape combine harvesting equipment,this paper aims at autonomy of key core technologies,intelligent harvesting equipment,and low-loss and high-efficiency harvesting.Based on the transformation of equipment structure with intelligence,a design is designed An intelligent control system for rape combined harvesting equipment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The key components of the rape combine harvesting equipment are adapted to the structural transformation of intelligent control,the original manual control mode is changed to the closed-loop control system mode to realize adaptive control;the original non-adjustable speed parts or complicated speed control parts are transformed For the motor speed control structure and hydraulic speed control structure to realize the online speed control function in the harvesting process.2.In the header system,based on the equipment’s driving speed and rape crop density image detection,obtain more accurate feeding amount detection results,adaptively control the reel speed,vertical cutter speed and feeding amount scientifically Match,reduce header loss.3.In the threshing and cleaning system,taking the feed amount and cleaning loss as reference input,adaptive closed-loop control of the speed of the threshing drum and cleaning fan to adapt to load changes.4.Construct a closed-loop control system with feed rate,impurity rate and loss rate as reference input,forward speed,threshing drum speed,cleaning fan speed as output,and adopt multi-variable decoupling self-tuning PID control strategy to realize rape The harvesting equipment can still guarantee a low impurity rate and a low loss rate under the condition of high feed rate.5.The configuration software of the upper computer is combined with the control algorithm of the lower computer to realize real-time parameter monitoring and parameter setting.It is convenient for the driver to understand the operating conditions in real time and adjust the operating mode.Finally,field experiments show that the intelligent rape combined harvesting equipment control system designed in this paper works stably,can effectively reduce harvesting labor intensity,improve harvesting efficiency and harvest quality,and further promote the intelligent and practical use of rape harvesting equipment.
