Adding antibiotics to livestock and poultry feed can improve the immunity of livestock and poultry,increase egg production rate of laying hens.The widespread use of antibiotics in livestock farms has had very detrimental effects on human health,the natural environment and quality of meat,egg and milk.the ability to raise many older spawning chickens has diminished,and the economic income of breeding has diminished.The chicken industry urgently needs new feed antibiotics to regulate the function of laying hens.Erzhi Pill is composed of Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta mellea,which can regulate hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis.In this study,Erzhi Pills with different proportions were added to the diet of laying hens at the late laying stage to study the effects of Erzhi Pills on immune and antioxidant functions,serum reproductive hormones,cecal flora diversity and production performance of laying hens at the late laying stage,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of Erzhi Pills.The results are as follows :1.The benefits of adding Erzhi pill in the feed to the laying performance of the aged laying hens.After 21 days of experiment,the egg production rate of Erzhi pill group increased obvious,and the ratio of the weight of the feed to the weight of the egg becomes smaller.On the 42 th day of the experiment,the egg production rate,adding1.0%,1.5% Erzhiwan to the feed,the egg production ratio of hens,the average weight of eggs,and the weight of each chicken’s daily feed were significantly increased,and the ratio of the total weight of the consumed feed to the total weight of the eggs decreased.In conclusion,adding 1 % Erzhi pill in laying hens diet can effectively improve the immune and antioxidant function,serum reproductive hormone levels,cecum flora diversity and production performance of laying hens.2.The benefits of Erzhiwan on immunity and antioxidant capacity of aged laying hens.Test results on day 21 of the study showed that the serum content of IL-2 in laying hens was significantly increased by 1.0% Erzhi Wang in the diet,and the study results of 42 studies showed zero feed.Was shown.Was shown..5% Erzhi Wan spawning chicken.MDA levels decreased significantly,serum IgG,IL-1β,and IL-2levels in feeds containing 1.0% ore chicken increased significantly,and MDA levels increased significantly.I declined.The feed contained 1.5% IgG and IgA in the serum of Elgiban chicken,and the content of IgM,IL-1β,IL-2,and IL-6 was significantly increased,MDA was significantly decreased,and other antioxidant indexes in the Erzhi Pill group were increased,but the difference was not significant.3.Effect of Erzhi Pill on serum reproductive hormones in laying hens at late laying stage.Test 21 days,1.5 % Erzhi pill group serum testosterone(T)decreased significantly(P < 0.05).Judging from the results of the serum test of laying hens on the 42 nd day of the experiment,the testosterone in the serum of the laying hens added with 1.0% Erzhiwan significantly decreased,the levels of estradiol and progesterone were significantly increased,and 1.5% Erzhiwan was added to the testosterone feed.The level of serum testosterone in laying hens was significantly reduced.4.Effects of Erzhi pill on cecum flora diversity of laying hens in late laying period.On the 21 st day of the experiment,the relative abundances of Thick-Wall and Proteobacteria in 0.5 % and 1.0 % Erzhi Pill groups were increased,while the relative abundances of Bacteroidetes were decreased,and the ratio(F / B)of Thick-Wall /Bacteroidetes in Erzhi Pill groups was increased.On the 42 nd day of the experiment,the proportion of membranes in the total flora increased,while the proportion of Bacteroides and Proteobacteria in the total flora decreased,and the F / B values of Erzhiwan group increased.
