In order to clarify the effects of carbon source input modes on soil fungal community in temperate forest ecosystem in different seasons, this study used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the effects of different carbon source input modes on the composition, structure and diversity of soil fungal community in freezing and thawing season, growing season and freezing season.Four different carbon input treatments were set up in this study, namely control(CK),litter removal(NL),root removal(NR)and litter and root removal(NLR),which revealed the differences and main environmental impact factors of soil fungal communities in different seasons. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The composition of soil fungal community did not change significantly due to the difference of carbon source input in different seasons.Dominant fungus such as Ascomycota and Zygomycota still dominated. The treatment without carbon source input in freeze-thaw season and growth season significantly reduced the number of species of soil fungal community.(2)The effect of carbon input mode on soil fungal community diversity was not significant, but there were significant differences in the richness and evenness index of soil fungal community among seasons, which showed that freezing season > freezing and thawing season > growing season.(3)In different seasons, the key environmental factors that affect the diversity and structure of soil fungal communities are different.Among them, total nitrogen significantly affected the soil fungal community structure.During freezing and thawing season, ammonium nitrogen and soil moisture content are the main factors affecting the diversity of fungal communities. In freezing season, soluble organic carbon is the main factor affecting the diversity of soil fungal communities.(4)In the growing season, the network scale is larger and the symbiotic relationship is strong, while in the freezing season, the symbiotic relationship is weak. This study found that the total number of connections, average connectivity and modularity of the network of soil fungal community were the highest in the growing season, indicating that the network scale was larger and the interaction relationship was more complex in this season..The results show that there is less competition among fungi groups in growing season in temperate forest ecosystem, and the structure is more stable. This study analyzed the influence of plant residues addition or removal on soil fungal community, and explored the influencing factors of soil fungal community structure change, which was helpful to understand the influence of ecological environment change on soil biological community structure.
