As an agricultural product with complex production links,the quality safety of greenhouse cucumber has been paid more and more attention.The application of traceability system in facility cucumber not only effectively improves the overall quality of cucumber products in the market,but also becomes an important means of accountability in case of quality safety problems.The tamper proof,traceability,natural mutual trust and other characteristics of blockchain technology provide a strong guarantee for the trusted storage of traditional traceability system.However,the existing blockchain based traceability system still has a series of problems in the face of greenhouse cucumber,such as the inability to control the quality of products on the chain,the lack of effective means for product quality safety supervision,the low fault tolerance rate of the collapse of the traceability system,resulting in insufficient security,etc.In order to solve the problems existing in the existing traceability system,based on the demand investigation of greenhouse cucumber traceability system,by analyzing the quality safety hidden dangers existing in each link of greenhouse cucumber supply chain,this paper studies and constructs quality grading traceability model of greenhouse cucumber based on blockchain,and further introduces Etcdraft consensus algorithm into the model to develop the greenhouse cucumber quality safety trusted traceability system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Study on quality grading traceability model of greenhouse cucumberBased on the in-depth analysis of the quality safety problems in each link of the greenhouse cucumber supply chain,the solution and design idea of "smart contract + greenhouse cucumber quality safety standard" are put forward,so as to construct the quality grading traceability model of greenhouse cucumber.The model matches the corresponding smart contract during the data entry of each link of the supply chain,automatically triggers the execution conditions,judges the quality level of the products on the chain,and realizes the secondary uplink of the judgment result data,so as to provide guarantee for the quality safety of greenhouse cucumber products.(2)Research on security of traceability system based on Etcdraft consensus algorithmAiming at the problems of easy collapse,low fault tolerance and poor system security in the existing traceability system,Etcdraft consensus algorithm is introduced based on the greenhouse cucumber quality grading traceability model.The consensus algorithm has the advantages of strong decentralization,high data synchronization efficiency and light system deployment.It can be seen from the comparison with Kafka and PBFT consensus algorithms,The Etcdraft consensus algorithm can avoid the paralysis of the traceability system caused by the attack on the server cluster in the blockchain network,and the system security is greatly improved.(3)Implementation of credible traceability system for greenhouse cucumber quality safetyBased on the research on quality grading traceability model of greenhouse cucumber,the architecture of the traceability system is designed,and the server architecture is designed according to the etcdraft consensus algorithm.A series of system operation processes are designed for the efficient operation of the system,and a data release and accountability scheme is proposed.Finally,the construction of blockchain network,writing of smart contract,implementation of client and other operations are completed,The reliable traceability system of greenhouse cucumber quality safety based on blockchain is realized and verified.The results show that the traceability system realizes the expected function,the system runs stably and can provide high reliable traceability data.
