With the development of the times,agricultural machinery has gradually become an indispensable part of human production.As an important part of agricultural machinery,hydraulic system has the advantages of light weight,small motion inertia,fast response speed and automatic overload protection compared with mechanical transmission,electrical transmission and other systems.In the process of hydraulic system design,due to the dispersion of hydraulic knowledge,the strong logic of hydraulic system design,the large variety of hydraulic components and the overlapping attribute parameters,a large number of repeated calculation problems occur in the design process,which prolongs the hydraulic system development cycle and It is inconvenient for physical simulation experiments and reduces the market competitiveness of hydraulic products.In order to integrate hydraulic knowledge,reduce the calculation amount of hydraulic system design and improve the reliability of system design,this paper combines digital twin,knowledge graph and neural network technology to build a knowledge model of hydraulic system,thereby building a hydraulic knowledge base system.First,starting from the hydraulic system of the physical layer,the digital twin of the hydraulic system of the virtual layer is mapped to form a mapping of hydraulic knowledge,and its knowledge map is constructed to clearly display the knowledge structure of the hydraulic system.Secondly,based on the knowledge graph of the digital twin of the hydraulic system,a hybrid knowledge acquisition method composed of dynamic transplantation combined with machine learning,an ontology-based knowledge representation and a linear decreasing strategy PSO-BP neural network are constructed to reason and apply knowledge to hydraulic components.The knowledge model of hydraulic system is composed of production rules and Euclidean metric knowledge reasoning for hydraulic system design.The model can express hydraulic knowledge clearly,and can inherit and update the existing knowledge.Then,based on the knowledge model of the hydraulic system,under the Win10 operating system,using the Python programming language,using Pycharm as the compiling environment,and using My SQL and Neo4 j as the background database,a system consisting of knowledge browsing,knowledge retrieval,knowledge reasoning and authority management is constructed.The hydraulic knowledge base system composed of other functions,and taking the simple hydraulic system design as an example,the validity of the hydraulic knowledge base system constructed in this paper is verified by the system reasoning results consistent with the theoretical design.Avoid the interference of human factors,improve the efficiency of hydraulic design,and realize the visualization and reuse of hydraulic knowledge.Finally,a full-text summary and research outlook are given for the research content of this paper.
