Studyon The Construction And Application Of The Evaluation Index System Of Medical Professionalism ——Taking R Hospital As An Example

The medical and health service is an important public service provided by the government.The public demand for medical and health services has expanded from the technical level to the service level.Medical patterns have also changed,from the original single biological model,into a biological-psychological-social model.This puts forward higher requirements to the medical professionalism.Through this research,the author hopes to use scientific research methods to construct the evaluation index system of medical professionalism.And through the case study,to further revise and improve the system,in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the application.The author expects the system to provide policy recommendations for the government departments in charge.The purpose of this study is to improve the level of medical services in public hospitals,and then release the tension of the doctor-patient relationship pressure,improve the management efficiency of the government departments.The author used a variety of methods,including focus group discussion method,Delphi Method,expert consultation method,comparative study method,through the above method,the author collect and analyze relevant information,and these information is about the medical ethics,medical professionalism,and evaluation index system.The author also organized experts to discuss and consult,after three rounds of expert consultation,evaluation index system of medical professionalism was established.The author has selected a ‘Two Grade Level-A Comprehensive Hospital’ which is located in Huangpu District Shanghai,and carries out a case study on the hospital doctors.In this study,the results were recorded by using Excel software to establish the corresponding database.The statistics and analysis of the data was calculated using SPSS19.0 software.The author put forward in this research that the Chinese traditional medical ethics has the practical value,at the same time the Western medical ethics theory also has the localization value.Chinese existing medical ethics guidelines are drawing on the essence of Chinese traditional medical ethics and Western medical ethics.This paper focuses on the construction and application of the evaluation index system of medical professionalism.Through the expert consultation method,and after three rounds of expert consultation,the author established the evaluation index system of medical professionalism which is composed of six ‘first-level’ indexes and sixteen ‘second-level’ indexes,and has formulated the corresponding weight.The author selected 145 clinical doctors in a hospital in Shanghai to carry out a case study,using the index system and the traditional subjective evaluation method to evaluate the 145 doctors.Through the subjective fuzzy evaluation method and index system to quantify the evaluation method,the author evaluated the work performance of these doctors in 2015 years.Comparison of the two evaluation scores,R=0.787,ICC=0.711.Respectively,compared with the 4 groups of doctors score,R value and ICC value is also very close to 1.The above correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the scores of the two methods,and the scores of the two scoring methods were consistent.It is proved that the index system is scientific and reasonable,and it is consistent with the reality.The research result of this paper can be used to get more convenient and more reliable evaluation of medical professionalism.The hospital can easily integrate the index system of medical professionalism with the existing hospital management system,and provide policy basis for government departments to further promote the construction of the industry style.
