Therapeutic Effect Of Proximal Femoral Nail In The Treatment Of Femoral Subtrochanteric Fractures Under The Guidance Of "Dynamic And Static、Holism Of Body And Spirit" Theory

Objective:Through the treatment of two groups of subtrochanteric femoral fractures with proximal femoral nail and extramedullary fixtion,to discuss the surgical technique of the treatment of subtrochanteric femoral fractures with the proximal femoral nail.It provides a reference for the treatment of subtrochanteric femoral fractures and postoperative functional rehabilitation.Methods:46 cases of subtrochanter femoral fracture accepted by Department of Orthopedics of the first affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Oct,2016 to Oct.2018,23 males and 5 females,average aged 60.5 years.The above patients were named as two group.Under the guidance of the concept of“dynamic and static、holism of body and spirit”,the proximal femoral nail was used for treatment,this group is called with the proximal femoral nail group.The other group was the control group,and the extramedullary fixation was performed using a steel plate.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative Harris [1]functional score after hip trauma and postoperative complications was observed.Through statistical analysis of these intraoperative and postoperative clinical treatment indicators,to compare the differences between the two treatment methods.Results:40 patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months,average 4.58±1.17 months,all fractures healed bone and healing time 12～17weeks,average 14.25±2.23 weeks,no infection,broken nails,broken boards or other complications are found.According to Harris post-traumatic hip joint function score: the average score of fracture healing78.81±8.48.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the concept of "dynamic and static",the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fractures with proximal femoral nails is effective.Theearly recovery of hip function is good,the fracture healing time is short,and the incidence of complications is low.The treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fractures with the proximal femoral nail in the guidance of the concept of "dynamic and static" is a better choice.
