Clinical Research Of Huatan Sanjie Recipe Combined With XT Chemotherapy Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective: In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy and safety of Huatan Sanjie recipe combined with XT chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced breast cancer,and objectively evaluated the advantages and effects of Huatan Sanjie Recipe in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.It provided clinical basis for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods: By the random number table method,60 female patients with advanced breast cancer who met the inclusion and exclusion criterion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.There were 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Huatan Sanjie recipe on the basis of XT chemotherapy regimen(capecitabine combined with docetaxel),while the control group was only treated with XT chemotherapy regimen.A total of 4 courses of treatment were observed.The TCM symptom score,tumor size,tumor markers,karnofsky performance status score,quality of life and adverse effects were recorded,which were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results: 1.In the aspect of short-term efficacy: after treatment,theobjective response rates of the experimental group and the control group were50.00% and 33.33%,and the disease control rates were 86.67% and 73.33%.After comparison,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);2.In the aspect of TCM syndrome score: the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 83.33% and 40.00% respectively,which had statistical difference(P < 0.05);3.Tumor markers(CEA,CA153): compared with the two groups,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).4.In the aspect of Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score: the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,but after treatment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).5.In the aspect of quality of life score:after treatment,there were differences in physiological status,social and family status,emotional status and functional status between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in additional attention;6.Toxic and side effects: there were significant differences in leukopenia,anemia,neutropenia,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huatan Sanjie recipe combined with XT chemotherapy regimen can not only reduce the TCM symptom score and improve the clinical efficacy,but also simultaneously reduce the toxic and side effects and increase the tolerance of patients in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
