| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of nonunion of the extremities,and to prove that hyperbaric oxygen has a synergistic promotion effect on extracorporeal shock wave in treating nonunion,To explore safety,noninvasive,less painfull,less symptoms and quickly recovery treatment for the nonunion.Methods: According to the principle of voluntary selection of patients,40 patients with fractured nonunion of the extremities were divided into two groups,group A and group B,there are 20 people in each group.Group A was given extracorporeal shock wave combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and group B was given extracorporeal shock wave therapy,with regular follow-up,Measured the levels of BMP-7 and BFGF of the serum in the two groups of patients before and after 1,2,4,8 weeks treatment;Line the lateral position film before and after1,2,3,6,and 9 months treatment to observe the fracture healing status and measure the callus volume at the fracture;Counted the effective rate of the two groups of patients after 9 months treatment,Statistical methods were used to analyze and compare the differences in BMP-7,BFGF,callus volume,pain symptoms,and treatment efficiency between the two groups after treatment.Results: 1、There is not different between the levels of BMP-7 and BFGF in the serum of the two groups of patients before the treatment.After treatment,the levels of BMP-7 and BFGF in the serum of the two groups of patients showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.After each time point,the increase in group A was more obvious than that in group B,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2、The volume of the callus at the fractures of the two groups gradually increased after treatment,and the callus volume of group A was larger than group B at different time points;3、X-ray film showed that the formation of callus at the fracture site gradually increased after treatment,the fracture line gradually blurred,and finally the bone healing;4、After 9 months treatment,the treatment efficiency of group A was higher than group B。5、All patients had no long-term complications.The two groups of patients developed skin flushing,pain,wound exudation and other discomfort were improved after they were treatmented.Conclusion: 1 、 Hyperbaric oxygen has a good synergistic effect on extracorporeal shock wave treatment of nonunion.2、Extracorporeal shock wave combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment is better than pure extracorporeal shock wave treatment in the treatment of nonunion,and it is more efficient.3、There were a lot of advantages in the treatment of extracorporeal shock wave combined with hyperbaric oxygen about nonunion,such as noninvasive,less painfull,less symptoms,more safety,simple operation,fasert recovery. |
