Research On The Development Of Online Inquiry Medical Platform

In twenty-first Century,the rapid development of network technology promoted all walks of life to enter the ranks of "Internet plus industry".The shortage of medical resources and the imbalance of regional distribution in China’s medical industry have given birth to the formation and development of online inquiry medical platform.The online consultation platform breaks the regional restrictions,gathers doctors from hospitals all over the country to conduct online sitting consultation,and provides convenient and timely consultation services for users.As a new medical model,the operation mode of the platform,the display of the platform content,the ability of the platform doctors,and the scale of doctors and patients in each department are all worthy of further exploration.This article takes Dingxiang Doctor APP as an example to explore the development of online consultation medical platforms.First of all,this paper uses Python crawler technology to obtain the basic information and records of doctors on the online consultation platform of lilac doctors in September 2019 and February2020.In September 2019,4067 pieces of doctor data were obtained,and in February2020,4731 pieces of doctor data were obtained;Then,the doctor data was preprocessed,including filling in the vacancy of numerical data,cleaning the special symbols in the text data,unifying the disease in the patient’s questions and the words with the same semantics in the patient’s comments,and then text segmentation was carried out;then,the professional level and consulting price of the platform doctors were analyzed Descriptive analysis of the scale of doctors and patients,patient evaluation,and the regional distribution of the hospital where the doctors are located is carried out to explore the current development and operation of the platform.Finally,based on the amount of doctors’ consultation,the influencing factors of the development scale of the platform are analyzed to explore the factors affecting the amount of doctors’ consultation,so as to provide a basis for the platform to invite more potential doctors to expand the scale of the platform Discussion.After analysis,it was found that the current content of Dingxiang Doctor APP’s online consultation medical platform is relatively comprehensive,and the level of the doctor’s ability on the platform is significantly higher than the national level.The rapid increase of patients in the department of respiratory medicine and other departments caused by the new coronavirus pneumonia has increased the number of doctors in a timely manner.The number of doctors on the platform is high.However,the convenience of the platform is not perfect.There is an imbalance in the number of doctors and patients in some departments.Patients who have repeatedly mentioned the question and answer times need the platform to improve in time.The type has a significant impact on the number of doctor consultations.This article analyzes the current real data of more representative platforms in China to reflect the development of online consultation medical platforms,finds the advantages and disadvantages of the development of such platforms,and provides suggestions for platform improvement.
