| The improvement of living standards makes people pay more attention to medical and health care,and the number of visits to large third-class hospitals is also rising,resulting in the increasing fatigue of medical staff,daily work is very hard work.When the medical staff appear excessive fatigue,not only affect the work efficiency,but also affect the patient’s service feeling,so it is of great significance to improve the fatigue condition of the medical staff.The nurses in the hospital infusion system have frequent contact with patients,the most types of contact patients,and the work intensity is higher,the work mode is more boring and single,and they also bear higher psychological pressure when carrying out the work,so this paper takes it as a study.object,to explore the fatigue improvement of nurses in infusion room.Based on the analysis of queuing theory and human fatigue theory in hospital infusion queuing system,a nurse fatigue measurement model was established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and expert suggestion.Nurse work fatigue can be divided into physical fatigue and psychological fatigue.The study subdivides physiological fatigue into measurable working hours and working intensity,and converts psychological fatigue into the number of complaints in contact with patients,and then links patient complaints with patient waiting time according to service quality evaluation theory.The model of waiting complaint rate and the measurement model of nurse fatigue were combined to construct the model of nurse fatigue improvement in hospital infusion system.in order to more accurately simulate the patient arrival process of the infusion system,the patient arrival mode was recalculated.and according to the field investigation in the hospital,it is found that there are two properties of randomness and regularity in patient arrival.it is proposed that the arrival time rule of patients belongs to the non-homogeneous poisson process,and the SPSS software is used to process the patient arrival data to prove that the patient arrival is non-homogeneous,and the t confidence interval method is used to verify it.On the basis of theoretical research,field investigation was carried out on Grade 3A hospitals L hospitals,the service time of nurses and patient tolerance distribution were obtained,the infusion system modeling was carried out by Flexsim simulation software,the infusion system of L hospitals was simulated,and the fatigue degree of nurses was calculated. |
