Study On The Effect Of Patient Health Literacy On Patient Participation Satisfaction Under Online Consultation

[Purpose]By building online between health literacy and interrogation of patients to participate in the satisfaction of structural equation model,analysis of patients’health literacy under special online mechanism,influence on patients involved in the satisfaction from three different angles platform,doctors,patients,suggest to increase patients satisfaction,hoping to make patients in involved in the interrogation process online satisfaction improved.[Methods]Hypothesis on the basis of previous studies,and build online visits the patients to participate in the satisfaction of patients with health literacy research model,in which patients health literacy is in accordance with the previous study and the actual situation of online profile is divided into information acquisition ability,communication skills,understanding ability,ability to network using four dimensions.Then the questionnaire was designed according to the research model,and 385 valid questionnaires were collected after distribution.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,and AMOS 20.0 was used to construct the structural equation model for analysis,so as to finally verify the research hypothesis in this paper.[Results]The structural equation model of the influence of patients’health literacy on patients’participation satisfaction under online consultation was constructed,and all the paths met P<0.05,the fitting indexχ~2/DF was 2.096,GFI was 0.924,AGFI was 0.903,IFI was 0.967,CFI was 0.967,RMSEA was 0.060,NFI was 0.938,and PNFI was 0.810.The four hypotheses of this paper were verified:(1)patients’health literacy had a significant positive effect on patients’self-efficacy under online consultation;(2)patients’health literacy has a significant positive effect on their participation satisfaction under online consultation;(3)patients’self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on patients’participation satisfaction under online consultation;(4)patients’self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the model of the influence of patients’health literacy on patients’participation satisfaction under online consultation;[Conclusions]The influence of patients’health literacy on their satisfaction with participation has been confirmed under online consultation,and this influence is mediated by patients’self-efficacy.In this regard,Suggestions are put forward:(1)The state should carry out a more comprehensive popularization of national health knowledge from the perspectives of residential communities,schools,media publicity and so on,so as to improve the overall health literacy of Chinese people.(2)the platform can enhance guidance to enable patients to participate in medical decisions with confidence,so as to improve patient satisfaction with participation.(3)Doctors set up dialogues that encourage patients to participate,so as to improve patients’participation satisfaction.(4)For patients,they can try to read health books,counseling,etc.,so as to improve their health literacy.
