[Objective] To understand the current situation of rural mobile elderly health service utilization in Hubei Province, analyze its influencing factors,in order to improve the current level of rural mobile elderly health service utilization in Hubei Province, put forward reasonable suggestions to maintain their good health status.[Methods] Using statistical software spss20.0 descriptive statistical analysis, single factor chi-square test,Wilcoxon rank sum test, multivariate Logistic regression analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of rural mobile elderly health service utilization in hubei province, based on the data of the national dynamic floating population monitoring survey in 2017,based on the theoretical model of health ecology.[Results] First of all, there are some deficiencies in the utilization of basic public health services in rural mobile elderly in Hubei Province: the construction rate of health archives is less than 40%,the ratio needs to be improved, and even 75% of rural mobile elderly people do not know the health archives this service. At the same time,in health education, the number of people who have received health education is only 46%,and 54% of the rural floating elderly people still have no education on the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, and they are also more passive in the way they receive, and tend to propagate in the traditional ways such as propaganda column, paper, film and television.Secondly, according to the results of single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis, behavioral characteristics are the most significant factors, and their two analysis P values are less than 0.05,and affect each other with personal characteristics, interpersonal networks and other factors. However,in an equally important policy environment, the P value of basic health insurance is far greater than 0.05,which is not related to their use of health services. Moreover, the interpersonal network factor also shows some significance in the multivariate Logistic regression analysis, its P value is less than 0.05,the regression coefficient is-1.056,the OR is 0.348,whichreflects the rural migrant elderly in Hubei Province who have little communication with local people, has less possibility and willingness to use services such as health education.[Conclusion] The current situation of the use of rural mobile elderly health services in Hubei Province still needs to be further improved: first,to strengthen the establishment of health records and improve the use of basic public health services;second,to carry out health education for mobile elderly with different behavioral characteristics and to enhance the awareness of preventive health care for rural mobile elderly;third,to strengthen cooperation among various government departments to promote equalization of public services;and fourth,to continue to deepen the system of reimbursement of medical insurance in different places and expand awareness.
