Research On The Standard System Of Medical Artificial Intelligence

[Purpose] In order to standardize the development and application of medical artificial intelligence technology and products,promote the development of the medical health industry towards the direction of intelligence,accelerate the standardization process in the field of medical artificial intelligence in China,so study the standard system of medical artificial intelligence.[Methods] The research methods include literature research,comparative analysis and expert consultation.Literature review was conducted on policies and standards related to the construction of the medical artificial intelligence standard system through literature research,through literature review and collation conducted to provide theoretical support and reference basis for the project research.The comparative analysis method is adopted to sort out and analyze the data obtained from literature search,summarize the strategic focus and development direction of the medical artificial intelligence standard system construction in various regions,and provide data support for the project research.Through the expert consultation method,the model,framework and standard catalogue of the medical artificial intelligence standard system constructed in this paper are consulted and demonstrated.[Results] ⑴Constructed the three-dimensional coordinate model and classification research model of medical artificial intelligence standard system by using the three-dimensional space theory and classification research method;⑵ The specific components of the medical artificial intelligence standard system are given,which are composed of six parts: basic class,data class,technology class,application and service class,security and privacy class,and management class.;⑶Combined with the standard requirements,according to the professional structure of the standard system,the medical artificial intelligence standard detail list was prepared by classification,with a total of 124 standards,among them,there are 8 basic standards,10 data standards,43 technical standards,39 application and service standards,14 security and privacy standards,and 10 management standards;⑷Five countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction and operation of the standard system are given.[Conclusion] The establishment of the framework of the medical artificial intelligence standard system in China provides a system model for the development of the medical artificial intelligence industry and the improvement of the standard;The compilation of the list of standards will provide reference for the determination of the standards that need to be developed in the field of medical artificial intelligence and the establishment and improvement of the standard system of medical artificial intelligence.Countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the implementation of Chinese medical artificial intelligence standards system as soon as possible.Providing a standard support for the application and development of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field.
