Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of Medical Union Information Construction

[Objective]The medical consortium plays a powerful role as a carrier to integrate medical resources,promote business collaboration and graded diagn osis and treatment.Establishing a medical consortium informatization construc tion performance evaluation index system can promote the medical consortium informatization process and improve the efficiency of medical services.This research builds a scientific,objective,fair,and operable performance evaluatio n index system and evaluation method for medical consortium informatization through relevant research on medical consortium informatization,combined w ith China’s actual situation.[Methods] Consult domestic and foreign literature and related policies,use comparative research methods to build the performance evaluation model and framework of medical consortium informatization construction,and initially select indicators.Through expert consultation,the primary selection indicators are scored and screened to form a relatively complete evaluation system.Use the key performance indicators method to select key indicators from the primary selection indicators,establish a core indicator evaluation system,and apply AHP to determine the corresponding weights of key indicators.Based on the core index evaluation system,the performance evaluation index system and evaluation method of medical consortium informatization construction are studied.[Results] 1.Through literature research and analysis,understand the current status of medical consortium informatization development and performance evaluation at home and abroad;2.Based on the four dimensions of construction level,smart service,smart medical care,and smart management,we have constructed a medical consortium informatization construction performance evaluation Model and evaluation index system;3.Screen key indicators on the basis of primary selection indexes to form a core index evaluation system,including 4 first-level indexes,14second-level indexes,58 third-level indexes,and the first-level index weights are0.152,0.295,0.269,0.284;4.Refine the core indicator system and compile the operation rules for the performance evaluation indicators of the medical consortium informatization construction.[Conclusions] 1.Established a performance evaluation index system of medical consortium informatization construction consisting of four dimensions.2.Constructed the evaluation method of the performance evaluation index system of the medical consortium informatization construction,including index interpretation,index items,evaluation methods,measurement units,index orientation,data sources and other items.3.The evaluation system has a clear weight coefficient,which is effective and credible.
