China’s new round of deepening medical and health system reform(referred to as:new medical reform)policy clearly proposes to accelerate the construction of medical systems in rural areas,which fully demonstrates the importance the country attaches to rural medical and health construction.This group of doctors.Under the social background of "the new round of deepening the reform of the medical and health system in the country,the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system is already in the" deep water zone "stage of policy reform.Social effects have also caused some negative problems.These problems include a large amount of public health and epidemic prevention work,low income of rural doctors,lack of old-age security,and irregular professional development.At the same time,due to the new round of deepening of medical and health care The policy of system reform is at a stage of continuous improvement,which has not effectively implemented the incentive mechanism for rural doctors,which has restricted the construction of incentive mechanisms for rural doctors,which has affected the effectiveness and enthusiasm of rural residents ’medical and health services.After the Fourth Plenary Session of the Ninth Central Committee,the reform of the national medical system is at an accelerated stage.Therefore,when the social function of rural doctors enters an accelerated transition period,the social function is to shift from medical services to rural health and epidemic prevention.personnel.Under the requirements of the country’s new round of deepening the reform of the medical and health system reform policy,the social functions of rural doctors must be combined with the requirements of the new medical reform of urban and rural medical and health integration to establish a service mechanism for rural doctors.However,in the practice of rural doctors’ incentive management in my country,the problems of rural doctors’ income incentive mechanism are imperfect,rural doctors’ pension insurance incentives are imperfect,and rural medical talent training and incentive systems are not compatible.Based on the problems in the incentive mechanism of rural doctors under the background of a new round of deepening the reform of the medical and health system in the country,this article uses a questionnaire to analyze the incentive problems ofrural doctors.Based on the definition of relevant concepts and theories,the thesis combined with the survey data of sample villages in city H to analyze the problems and causes of the rural doctors’ occupation,income and pension insurance in the sample area.And by summarizing the practical experience of incentive management of rural doctors in some provinces in China,the ideas and principles of improving the incentive mechanism of rural doctors were proposed,and the income incentive system of rural doctors was improved,the withdrawal of rural doctors and the policy of pension insurance were established Incentive measures such as training incentives are recommended.
