Study On The Scheduling Of Endoscopy Center In C Hospital

At present,the reform of medical system and the increasing demand of patients require more and more high management ability of hospitals.Endoscopic treatment is a very representative microcosm under this background.Endoscopic center is one of the main departments providing external services and generating revenue for the hospital,and it is also one of the scarce resources of the hospital.In recent years,the increasing demand for patients in the Endoscopy Center of C Hospital has posed a severe challenge to its management.The scheduling of the Endoscopy Center is a very important part of the management of the Endoscopy Center,which is of great significance to the operation of the Endoscopy Center.At present,many scholars have conducted a large number of studies on the surgical scheduling model,but there are few studies on the scheduling of endoscopic treatment.The Endoscopy Center of Hospital C needs to deal with a large number of patients’ needs for treatment,but its current scheduling work is not reasonable,resulting in long waiting time for patients and serious overtime work for medical staff.Based on this,the scheduling of endoscopic treatment in C Hospital was studied in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on the influencing factors of endoscopic treatment scheduling in C Hospital.By conducting field research on C Hospital and brainstorming with medical staff,the author summarized the relevant influencing factors of endoscopic treatment scheduling,and then determined the main influencing factors through expert scoring method,which laid a foundation for the establishment of subsequent scheduling problem model.(2)Study on the model and solving algorithm of endoscopic treatment scheduling problem in C Hospital.Based on the actual situation of C Hospital,this paper divides the scheduling problem into two stages:patient treatment date assignment and single-day treatment scheduling.In the study of patient treatment date assignment,author consider the capacity limit of Endoscopy Center and the latest acceptable date of patients,and set up a patient treatment date assignment model whose optimization goal is to minimize patient waiting time.And author designs the genetic algorithm,comparing it with Cplex.In the study of single-day treatment scheduling,the author consider the limitations from medical resources and diagnosis and treatment process,and establish a single-day treatment scheduling model whose optimization goal is to minimizing the maximum completion time of the endoscopic room.In order to solve the single-day treatment scheduling model,the author designed an improved genetic algorithm,and compared it with CPLEX and the current scheduling method.(3)Suggestions on the optimization of endoscopic treatment scheduling in C Hospital.Based on the actual situation of C Hospital and the assumptions considered in the model,this paper puts forward four suggestions on optimizing the endoscopic treatment scheduling in C Hospital.
