Study On The Quality Of Rural Community Medical Service And Its Influencing Factors

The improvement of the quality of medical services directly affects the fundamental interests of the people and the life safety of patients.Therefore,it is urgent to study the quality of medical services in rural community medical services,explore the path to improve the quality of rural community medical services,and promote the healthy development of rural community medical undertakings.This paper systematically evaluates the quality of medical service in Yantai rural community by combining descriptive analysis and empirical analysis.Firstly,the basic condition of rural community medical services in Yantai was analyzed from institutional setup,facilities,personnel and medical expenses,including the analysis of rural community medical service quality;secondly,the evaluation index system of rural community medical service quality in Yantai was formulated based on SERVPERF model;again,based on AHP and revised SERVPERF model The medical service of the community was evaluated by analyzing the influence factors and the ISM model.Finally,the conclusion was drawn and the countermeasures for improving the quality of rural community medical service in Yantai City.Through the rural community medical service quality evaluation of Yantai,at present,the reasonable geographical distribution of rural community medical service institutions,poor medical facilities structure,low medical talents and low medical structure,the proportion of medical insurance fund without gradient design,the low proportion of chronic disease outpatient service compensation,poor service attitude and humanistic care needs to be strengthened.Improving the quality of rural community medical services in Yantai City needs to be conducted from many aspects,and this paper puts forward the following suggestions:pay attention to the guiding role of the government,improve the effect of financial investment;promote the basic medical insurance Supporting implementation of insurance policy,improve the guarantee degree of outpatient service;build the training mechanism of community medical service personnel,improve the level of treatment guarantee;pay attention to the construction of soft environment for medical service,and promote the integration with humanistic care...
