| Meta-analysis is a statistical method for the quantitative synthesis of multiple independent research results.By extracting data from the included research results,and performing data analysis and statistical inference,the sources of differences between studies are tested,and the effect indicators are assessed more accurately and objectively.This article provides a more mature and reliable reference for clinical practice by studying the meta-analysis of treatment for arthritis and gout.Degenerative wrist disease can cause arthritis,and there is currently no effective treatment drug.The most commonly used surgical method in the middle and early stage is proximal row carpectomy or four-corner arthrodesis.First,a traditional meta-analysis is performed to compare the healing effects of two surgical methods by combining multiple indicators,including wrist range of motion(extension,flexion,radialdeviation,ulnar-deviation),postoperative conversion to total wrist fusion,perioperative complications,grip strength,and working ability.It is showed that the perioperative complication rate of proximal row carpectomy is significantly lower than that of the four-corner arthrodesis group,and it is statistically significant.The results show that the proximal row carpectomy is more advantageous in the joint-preserving treatment of wrist degenerative diseases.Traditional meta-analysis can only compare two interventions.Gout can also cause arthritis.In the initial conservative treatment of gout,four types of drugs are often used.In order to improve the limitations of traditional meta-analysis that cannot compare three or more interventions at the same time,the network meta-analysis is used to conduct safety research on the four common drugs for the treatment of gout,and all intervention are evaluated and ranked at the same time.By studying the effects of NSAIDs,corticosteroids,canakinumab and colchicine on the adverse reactions of the digestive system,nervous system,respiratory system and other aspects,the results show that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have good biological safety compared with the other four drugs.Therefore,the safety of specific drugs in non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs is further analyzed by the network meta-analysis.The results show that the incidence of adverse reactions of COX-2 inhibitors is significantly lower than that of traditional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. |
