Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of infrared polarized light therapy irradiating stellate ganglia and ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block on short-term postoperative complications of female patients undergoing thyroid surgery. Methods:A total of 120 female patients(18-60 years old)who underwent elective thyroid surgery in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.ASA classification was Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and BMI was less than or equal to 30kg/m2.The patients were divided into three groups by random number method, with 40 people in each group:blank control group(group C),right infrared polarized light treatment group(group H)and right stellate ganglion block group(group S).In group H,30minutes before anesthesia induction, the right stellate ganglion was irradiated with infrared polarized light for 10 minutes; In group S,30 minutes before induction of anesthesia, the horizontal approach of cervical 6 transverse processes was selected for stellate ganglion block in the ultrasound plane. The injected drug was 0.2% ropivacaine 4ml.The patients were anesthetized by tracheal intubation in the background of static suction.Main observation indexes:surgery after 0.5 h(T-6),2 h(T7 has)(T8),24 h,8 h(T9)the incidence of nausea and vomiting and dizziness have a headache and visual analogue scale(VAS)。The secondary observation indicators are the time the patient enters the room(T0),15min after interventional therapy(T1),immediately before tracheal intubation(T2),immediately before tracheal intubation(T3),immediately after operation(T4),immediately after tracheal extubation(T5),the patient’s HR and MAP at30 min after surgery(T6),the postoperative tracheal tube extubation time, and the incidence and severity of coughing after extubation. Results:The data and clinical data of 120 patients were collected in this experiment.1.There was no difference in general data(P>0.05).2.probability of nausea and vomiting in patients with T6-T9:at T6 time, there was significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.incidence of dizziness and headache at the T6-T9 time:at the T6 time, there was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05),and between the two groups, the difference between the C group and the S group was significant(P<0.05).4.pain in the T6-T9:at the T8 time, there was a significant difference between the C group and the S group(P<0.05).The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(0.05).5.catheter extraction time:C group compared with H group,A significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05);C group compared with S group, and the results showed a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the patient was removed,The incidence of cough in C,H and S groups was 62.5%,47.5%and 22.5%respectively.Three groups, and the results showed a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),Between the two groups,The difference between C group and S group was significant(P<0.05).6.compare the heart rate of patients at different times MAP and HR:,At T3 moment,C and S groups,Differences are significant(P<0.05);At T5 moment,C and H groups,Difference is significant(P<0.05),C and S groups,Difference is significant(P<0.05),H and S groups, difference is significant(P<0.05).Compare the patient’s blood pressure at different times,Three-group comparisons, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block can reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and headache in female patients with thyroid surgery and can relieve postoperative pain, which is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.Polarized light therapy and ultrasound-guided nerve block on stellate ganglion can reduce the stress response during tracheal intubation and extubation and reduce patients’heart rate fluctuation during operation.
