| Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium bicarbonate Ringer’s solution combined with goal-directed liquid therapy on the internal environment of patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery and the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery. Methods:A total of 60 patients were selected for laparoscopic radical gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia in Wuhu Second People’s Hospital. They were randomly divided into the sodium bicarbonate Ringer solution group(group S)and the sodium lactate Ringer solution group(group L),with 30 patients in each group.Group S received sodium bicarbonate Ringer’s solution while group L received sodium lactate Ringer’s solution. Both groups received goal-directed fluid therapy.MAP,CI,SVV,p H,lactate level and bicarbonate were recorded at enter the room(T0),one hour after surgery(T1),end of the surgery(T2).The duration of surgery.Crystalloid requirements, colloid requirements, total amount of infusion, urinary output and bleeding volume were recorded. The postoperative hospital stay and postoperative liquid food time were recorded. Results:There was no significant difference in age and other basic data between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in liquid intake and output volume, operation time(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in hemodynamic index(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in p H,lactate level and bicarbonate at T0(P>0.05).Compared with group L,the lactate level and bicarbonate were significantly higher than group S while p H were lower at T1and T2(P<0.05).Compared with T0,p H was lower and lactate level was higher at T1and T2in both groups(P<0.05),Compared with T0,bicarbonate was lower at T1and T2in group L(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of bicarbonate at three point of time(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative hospital stay and postoperative liquid food time. Conclusion:Sodium bicarbonate Ringer’s solution under GDFT for radical gastrointestinal tumor surgery is beneficial to the maintenance of intraoperative acid-base balance, prevents the accumulation of lactic acid, accelerates the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and does not need to worry about the adverse reactions from the excessive input of exogenous HCO3-. |
