| Objective:Observed recovery huoxue decoction in the treatment of intervertebral lumbar disc prolapse hole mirror the clinical effect of the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms, and analysis of recovery intervertebral foramen mirror huoxue soup to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, the mechanism of postoperative residual symptoms through statistical data analysis, confirmed that the recovery intervertebral foramen huoxue soup to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion mirror the effectiveness of postoperative residual symptoms, for the majority of doctors. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation, prolapse or dissection in the Department of Orthopedics,Ruikang Hospital, who underwent foraminal nucleus pulposus extraction were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group)by simple randomization. The control group was treated with intervertebral foraminal nucleus pulposus excision and postoperative routine nursing and rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group was added to the control group on the basis of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction and took drugs for 2 weeks continuously.VAS score,JOA score and ODI score were recorded, analyzed and compared preoperatively,1 day after surgery,1 week after surgery,2 weeks after surgery, and 4 weeks after surgery by means of in-patient,outpatient and telephone follow-up.At the same time, the clinical treatment effect of the patients was evaluated by the modified Mac NAB efficacy evaluation standard one month after surgery. The obtained data were processed by SPSS22.0 statistical software, and the functional evaluation and overall efficacy of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results: 1.Comparison of baseline data, such as gender, age, course of disease and surgical segment, between the two groups showed P > 0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable.2.Comparison of VAS scores: Comparison of preoperative and postoperative time points between the two groups(P < 0.05);comparison of each time point within the group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant;Comparison between two groups of patients: preoperative comparison between groups,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparison between groups at 1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).VAS scores in both groups decreased to varying degrees, and the decreasing trend in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, indicating that the experimental group had better pain relief efficacy than the control group.3.Comparison of JOA scores: Comparison of preoperative and postoperative time nodes between the two groups, and comparison of each time node within the group,P < 0.05,were statistically significant;Comparison between two groups of patients: preoperative comparison between groups,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparison among groups at 1,1,2 and 4 weeks postoperatively was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The JOA scores of patients in both groups increased to varying degrees, and the upward trend of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, indicating that the experimental group had better effect on lumbar functional rehabilitation than the control group.4.Comparison of ODI scores: Comparison of preoperative and postoperative time nodes between the two groups, and comparison of each time node within the group,P < 0.05,were statistically significant;Comparison between two groups of patients: preoperative comparison between groups,P > 0.05,no statistical significance;Comparison among groups at 1,1,2 and 4 weeks postoperatively was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ODI scores in both groups decreased to varying degrees, and the decreasing trend in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, indicating that the experimental group had better pain relief efficacy than the control group.5.Comparison of efficacy of modified Mac Nab: the overall effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 90%.The rank sum test showed that P < 0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Fuyuanhuoxuedecoction has a definite effect on residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after foraminal endoscopic surgery. It can relieve all residual symptoms of patients more quickly and better after surgery, and promote postoperative recovery of patients more safely and effectively. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
