Clinical Study Of External Internal Ligation Plus Paeoniflorin Injection In The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of external stripping and internal ligation combined with Shaobei injection combined with our traditional Chinese Medicine Bath No.1 Recipe fumigating and washing sitz bath in the treatment of common complications after moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids,and external stripping and internal ligation Add Xiaozhiling injection to control the curative effect and provide a basis for its further promotion in clinical practice.Methods: The cases in this subject are derived from 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal and Anal Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into observation groups.30 cases and 30 cases in the control group.Among them,the observation group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation plus Shaobei injection,and the control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation plus Xiaozhiling injection.On the first day after the operation,they were given a sitz bath,and then anangtai suppository and anus were given.An ointment is changed twice a day.Observation and comparison of the operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative pain,postoperative anal swelling,postoperative bleeding,postoperative exudation,postoperative wound healing time,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery,3 months of occurrence of anorectal stenosis,collect data,compare the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Use SPSS26.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)In terms of total effective rate: the total effective rate of the observation group is 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 90%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Postoperative anal pain: Comparing the third and seventh days after the operation,the postoperative anal pain of the observation group improved better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Postoperative anal swelling feeling: on the third and seventh day after surgery,The observation group was better than the control group in improving the postoperative anal swelling feeling,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)Postoperative bleeding: on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,the observation group was better than the control group in improving postoperative bleeding In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Postoperative exudation: On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,the observation group was better than the control group in improving postoperative exudation,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05);(6)Length of hospital stay: the length of hospital stay in the two groups was clinically comparable,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)Postoperative wound healing time: the postoperative wound healing time of the two groups of patients was clinically comparable,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(8)The incidence of anorectal stenosis at 1 and 3 months after operation: The incidence of anorectal stenosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group in the first and third months after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)External stripping and internal ligation combined with Shaobei injection for the treatment of moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids can shorten the hospital stay and promote the recovery of patients.(2)External stripping and internal ligation combined with Shaobei injection to treat moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids can effectively improve postoperative anal pain,anal swelling,postoperative bleeding,reduce exudate,and reduce the incidence of anorectal stenosis And other postoperative complications.(3)External stripping and internal ligation combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids has good safety and excellent long-term efficacy,and it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
