| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Huo Xue Bu Sui Tang(HXBST)for the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Young and Middle-aged patients after Internal Fixation with Hollow Nail,to provide new ideas and develop new methods for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young and middle-aged patients,and to lay the foundation for the promotion and application of XHBST in the auxiliary treatment of femoral neck fracture in the later stage.Methods: Sixty young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to February 2020 and were treated with cannulated screw internal fixation were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n = 30)by random number table method,who were given cannulated screw internal fixation and conventional drug treatment.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with internal fixation of hollow nails combined with conventional drugs and HXBST after surgery.The differences in postoperative visual analog scale(VAS),Hip joint functional score(Harris),fracture healing time,nail withdrawal,fracture nonunion and necrosis rate of femoral head between the two groups were analyzed,and SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:There was no significant difference in the basic data of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable;Two patients fell out in the treatment group and one in the control group.1.VAS pain score: There was no significant difference between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),but there were significant differences on the third,fifth and seventh day after surgery(P<0.05).2.The average healing time: 3.38±1.06 months in the treatment group and 4.25±1.59 months in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.One year after operation,hip joint efficacy score: 87.07±6.89 points in the treatment group and 82.04±8.19 points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Complications: At the last follow-up,in the treatment group,2 cases of nonunion 1 case of femoral head necrosis,and 4 cases of nail withdrawal;In the control group,there were 5 cases of nonunion,3 cases of femoral head necrosis,and 9 cases of nail withdrawal;There was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huo Xue Bu Sui Tang on internal fixation of femoral neck fracture in young and middle-aged patients is safe and reliable,and there is no adverse reactions in the clinical studies.It is an ideal and effective adjuvant therapy for young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture,which has better effect than conventional treatment in alleviating pain,promoting fracture healing and improving hip joint efficacy in the near future(1 year after operation).The incidence of femoral neck fracture among young and middle-aged people is increasing year by year.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture has broad application prospect and great market value,which is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical treatment. |
