Research On Location Selection Of Community Healthcare Center Based On Coverage Model

In recent years,with the change of peoples’ concept of physical health,There is a growing awareness of disease prevention,and the demand primary medical and public health facilities is also increasing,that leading to the contradiction between the lack of resources of primary medical and public health service facilities and the growing demand for medical treatment is becoming increasingly prominent.As an important part of the basic medical and health system of our country,the Community Healthcare Center is a public institution that provides healthy services such as prevention,medical treatment,rehabilitation and health promotion for community residents.Reasonable site selection and layout of Community Healthcare Center can effectively alleviate the contradiction between insufficient facility resources and increasing demand,truly solve the problem of "difficulty and costliness from health-care" of community residents,and maximize the demand for medical treatment of community residents.First of all,this paper takes the Community Healthcare Center as the research object,defines the relevant concepts of Community Healthcare Center and the site selection of Community Healthcare Center,and summarizes and sorts out the current research status of the site selection of Community Healthcare Center and coverage model in domestic and foreign,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the following paper.Secondly,on the basis of the existing research of coverage model,establishing traditional coverage site selection model and the gradual coverage model respectively to maximize the service population of Community Healthcare Center.The former study the site selection of Community Healthcare Center by setting strict facilities coverage standards,and the latter define the selection probability of Community Healthcare Center by introducing progressive coverage function as a piecewise function of distance,and design genetic algorithm to solve the models of the two.Finally,51 original Community Healthcare Centers and 21 uncovered communities in Nanchang City were selected as candidate sites of Community Healthcare Center,550 communities and neighborhood committees such as Shang Yingfang Community were used as demand points to simulate and analyze the above two models,according to the simulation results comparing with the results under the two models of location analysis,site selection suggestions are presented.Research results show that the gradual coverage under the model of Community Healthcare Center location more scientific and reasonable.The results under the gradual coverage model in comparison with the traditional coverage model,it can maximize the coverage of the population under the condition of establishing relatively few facilities,and the site selection scheme basically ensures the medical demand for the community residents with the same time avoids the waste of resources of the Community Healthcare Center.In this paper,the site selection of Community Healthcare Center is studied by constructing different site coverage models,the aim is to obtain the optimal site selection scheme of Community Healthcare Center,so as to effectively improve the community health service resources distribution uneven phenomenon,give full play to the role of Community Healthcare Center,and achieve the optimal allocation of community medical and health service resources.
