| With the development of global economy and society and the change of disease spectrum,the chronic diseases have become a major public health and safety problem.China is in the stage of social transformation,the process of industrialization,urbanization and aging is speeding up,the way of life of people is changing rapidly,and the death caused by chronic diseases has accounted for 86.6% of the total death,which has become a major public health problem affecting the country’s economic and social development.In 2016,the state put forward the strategy of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases and strengthened the construction of national demonstration area for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.Party committees and governments at all levels actively carry out the national strategic plan,keep pace with the times,change the management concept,strengthen the research and practical exploration of the comprehensive management strategy of chronic diseases,and comprehensively promote the scientific development of the cause of chronic disease health management,Yuncheng District of Yunfu City is an economically underdeveloped city in northern Guangdong Province.In recent years,the task of chronic disease prevention and control management is extremely arduous.It can be said to be a theoretical practice in the field of public management.This paper mainly uses literature analysis to find demonstration area construction,Field research and report data,Interview with and related responsible units of demonstration area construction and carry out questionnaire survey,Collect relevant data and data on the construction of demonstration area,Using the case study method for induction and analysis,In combination with the new requirements of the comprehensive prevention and control strategy of chronic diseases under the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan,We analyzed the construction experience and comprehensive prevention and management of chronic diseases,The current situation,organization management,policy formulation and effect of demonstration area construction are analyzed,Summarize the main problems and difficulties existing in the construction process,Using the public management theory,Analyzing the various root causes of the problems,On this basis,the specific measures and strategies for the demonstration area construction are put forward.Based on the domestic experience on the enlightenment and reference of the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases and the goal of the demonstration area,strengthen the government leadership,improve the sustainable development,improve the working mechanism,implement departmental responsibilities,strengthen technical support,improve personnel construction,guarantee financial investment,build a healthy supporting environment,strengthen social resources,build chronic disease prevention and control,build and share innovative working mode,realize prevention and control characteristics,promote the promotion of the demonstration area.In this paper,it expounds the practical significance and value of comprehensive prevention and management in Yunfu City,puts forward specific measures and strategies to promote the construction of demonstration area,provides new perspectives and ideas for the construction of comprehensive prevention and control demonstration area,improve the service ability and level of comprehensive prevention and control,promote a new round of social management reform in Yunfu,and provides reference experience for the construction of construction and management of chronic diseases in counties / districts. |
