Research On Public-Private Cooperation In Aging Industry From The Perspective Of Blockchain

The construction of aging industry is one of the key areas of people’s livelihood.Whether the quality of its operation is sustainable reflects the construction capacity of people’s livelihood infrastructure in China.At present,China is one of the countries with the largest market potential of global aging industry.Due to the small family size and heavy burden of children,the contradiction between supply and demand of pension is obvious.As the main undertaker of the aging industry,the government bears a huge pension burden.For improving the pension supply side reform and improving the pension service level,both at home and abroad have carried out a long-term exploration.As a breakthrough of independent innovation of high and new technology in China,blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization,unchanged ability,traceability,transparency and its specific application,which not only meets the service needs of the elderly,but also helps to improve the operation efficiency of cooperation between government departments and pension enterprises,and enhance the regulation ability of bed resources.Through literature reading,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the application of blockchain technology in different fields,and finding that blockchain has achieved good results in finance,insurance,traceability and other fields.With the increasing rate of empty nests and the increasing demand of the elderly for pension infrastructure,it is beyond the national financial capacity to rely on the government to provide social public welfare and undertake pension facilities.Then China introduced the public-private partnership model to encourage social capital to participate in the construction of pension projects and stimulate capital vitality.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,understands the situation of public-private cooperation in the aging industry at home and abroad,and finds that the application of blockchain technology can optimize some deficiencies in the mode of public-private cooperation in the aging industry.The second part mainly introduces the three main forms of public-private cooperation in the aging industry: home-based care,community care and institutional care.The third part takes Fuzhou as an example,focusing on the analysis of the government’s policy support,the progress of public-private cooperation in Fuzhou,the advantages and obstacles.The fourth part describes the current dilemma of public-private cooperation in the aging industry,how to use blockchain to optimize.The fifth part expounds that the guarantee of implementing the optimization path of public-private cooperation in the aging industry lies in the support of policies,the cultivation of talents,the standardization of laws,and the improvement of the reading system.The sixth part summarizes the full text.Through the application of blockchain,it can improve the efficiency of public-private cooperation in the aging industry and better serve the elderly.
