Research On The Informatization Management For The Private Hospital Based On The Theory Of Middle-Platform

With the rapid development of information technology,all sectors of human society are facing the challenge of new technology revolution.Informatization is a revolution of transforming traditional industries with modern information technology,and the wave of informatization also impacts the traditional management mode and business philosophy of hospitals.The research and development of hospital information system in China has a history of more than 20 years since the early 1980 s.It has gone through the development stages of single machine single task,multi machine multi task and Internet application.It is undeniable that the current hospital treatment is much more convenient than in the past.However,in the past,the system is usually independent.The disadvantage of this way is that the system maintenance cost is high,and the cooperation ability between systems is not strong,which is not conducive to the future business evolution.In order to solve the integration problem,the hospital information construction has spawned intermediate systems unrelated to the hospital business functions,such as single sign on system,data integration system,integrated platform,etc.,which invisibly greatly increases the cost of hospital information construction.At the same time,the business system is not flexible enough,the business data island phenomenon appears,which is not conducive to the process reorganization and limits the expansion of business.In order to deal with such problems,the IT industry has spawned a shared service architecture model,which aims at depositing the ability of business and data,realizes the capitalization of business and data in an open way,and forms the cornerstone of the construction of the Middle-Platform.In 2015,Ma Yun began to lay out Middle-Platform in China after his overseas investigation,and then all major domestic enterprises began to build Middle-Platform.Middle-Platform is an information management mode,which aims to separate information service and data,form an independent function,which can be reused by other systems,so as to improve the efficiency of enterprise business restructuring.On the basis of servitization and big data,the Middle-Platform can effectively carry out business process reorganization,effectively realize the sharing of data assets,make business adjustment more flexible,data more centralized,and more conducive to data analysis and mining.Combined with the current development of Internet technology and the medical industry,this paper selects a BH private hospital as the research object,optimizes the information management mode by using the Middle-Platform theory,and analyzes and solves the problems in hospital information management.For the BH hospital information platform optimization management research,this paper uses five chapters to gradually explore the specific implementation of information platform optimization scheme.The first part is the introduction.In the introduction,this paper puts forward the background,purpose and significance of the research,as well as the status quo of medical information management at home and abroad.The research background mainly combined with the development field of IT industry,elaborated the development status of informatization and the prospect of future medical informatization,and proposed that the hospital must carry out digital transformation in the future.In order to improve the competitive advantage of information management,this paper puts forward the Middle-Platform theory of optimizing information management in the research purpose and significance,and expounds the significance of optimization based on the Middle-Platform theory.The second part mainly explains the main concepts and related theories involved in the research.Specifically including: enterprise information management theory and emerging information management theory,these two theories are the theoretical basis of this paper.In the third part,this paper begins to introduce the information optimization case of BH hospital,first describes the hospital profile and the status of information management.Secondly,in order to deeply analyze the problems of information management,a series of investigation on the current situation of information management was carried out by questionnaire survey,and the validity of the questionnaire was analyzed by reliability and validity method.Finally,through the collation of the survey data,this paper analyzes the conclusions of the survey from two aspects of the research object and information management.Finally,through the research conclusions,the paper summarizes the four major problems of BH Hospital Informatization:(1)system construction is not conducive to the development of group mode(2)System construction is not conducive to business expansion(3)System construction is not conducive to process management(4)System data assets are not perfect,which is not conducive to decision analysis.The fourth part is the main content of this paper.Firstly,combined with the development goal of BH hospital,the information optimization direction is formulated by using the enterprise information planning method,which mainly includes four parts:(1)strengthening the information system construction(2)Integrate the current information system(3)Business,process and data integration(4)Big data operation and support decision analysis.Then,the paper uses the theory of Middle-Platform to formulate the objectives and principles of hospital informatization optimization.At the same time,in the optimization architecture part,the paper mainly discusses the architecture scheme based on Middle-Platform aiming at the four problems of the current situation of hospital informatization.At the same time,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the optimized treatment process and treatment duration based on the information technology of middle platform.Finally,the paper expounds the effect and guarantee suggestions of information management optimization based on the Middle-Platform.The fifth part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the Middle-Platform theory,the research results are applied to the information management optimization of BH hospital,and the Middle-Platform information management mode belonging to BH hospital is constructed,which realizes the reorganization of business requirements,the connection of business data,and improves the shortcomings of hospital information management,and lays a solid foundation for the future digital operation of hospital information management.
