Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sphincter minimotomy combined with balloon dilatation in the treatment of acute recurrent pancreatitis caused by Oddi sphincter dysfunction。Methods:The clinical data of 28 patients with acute recurrent pancreatitis caused by Oddi sphincter dysfunction who were admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University and successfully received endoscopic treatment from May 2016 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients with preoperative abdominal colour to exceed,SOD and CT,MRCP examination by retrograde pancreatic angiography(endoscopic retrograde cholangiogancretography,ERCP)further clear diagnosis of duodenal papilla after small incision and balloon expansion treatment. The changes of serum bilirubin, transaminase, amylase and other biochemical indexes and abdominal pain were compared before and after operation. Results:ERCP intubation was successfully performed in all 28 patients, and angiographic examination showed no obvious calculus, space occupying or other obstruction factors in all patients. All the 28 patients underwent small incision of the duodenal papilla and balloon dilation under endoscopy. No hemorrhage, perforation and other endoscope-related complications occurred during the operation. The postoperative abdominal pain worsened in 2 patients, and all of them improved after conservative treatment for 1 week. After treatment. The symptoms of pancreatic abdominal pain were significantly relieved, and the levels of serum amylase were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment. All the 28 patients were followed up for 6 to 48 months, with a median follow-up time of 26 months. No pancreatitis recurrence, cholangitis and other complications occurred during the follow-up.Conclusion:Endoscopic small incision of the duodenal papilla combined with balloon dilation in the treatment of acute recurrent pancreatitis caused by Oddi sphincter dysfunction has a significant effect and less trauma to patients, which is worthy of further promotion.
