In order to seek better medical technology and diagnosis and treatment environment,entering the city has become a major trend for herdsmen in Inner Mongolia to see a doctor under the background of urbanization development,and it is one of the social security issues that need to be solved urgently in Inner Mongolia.This article focuses on the problem of herdsmen in Inner Mongolia entering cities for medical treatment,and analyzes the phenomenon of media presentation and cultural integration under this problem.First,summarize and analyze the relevant content of the "Xilinguole Daily" We Chat official account and the We Chat official account platform of the four city hospitals.Through the statistics and research,it is found that the two types of media platforms show the general characteristics of herders’ medical treatment: most herdsmen choose Mongolian medicine treatment in the pastoral areas,the herdsmen’s medical-related policies are diverse and targeted,and some herders do not have a deep understanding of relevant policies.At the same time,it also revealed that these new media organizations have some deficiencies and deficiencies in the reporting and presentation of related issues.Secondly,the author analyzes and discusses other media presentation and communication problems encountered in the process of medical treatment.Research has found that many media settings in urban hospitals are working hard to communicate with herders,but their functions are limited under the influence of various factors.Therefore,to deal with the problem of herders entering the city for medical treatment,we must pay attention to the cultural communication and integration of herders after entering the city.
