BackgroundUlcerative colitis(UC)is an idiopathic intestinal inflammatory disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis are not yet clear.Current studies believe that it is closely related to factors such as environment, genetics, microbes, and immunity. Its treatment is mainly Depends on drugs and surgical treatment, with poor curative effect. In recent years, studies have reported that the occurrence and development of UC is related to changes in the intestinal flora. This provides new ideas for the treatment of UC by reshaping the intestinal flora.Facal microbiota transplantation(FMT)is one of the treatment methods that regulate the intestinal flora. This study explored the use of FMT combined with Mesalazine to compare the use of Mesalazine in UC patients, and the serum inflammatory indicators, immune indicators,Sutherland disease activity index and mucosal scores under colonoscopy in patients were compared.ObjectiveTo explore whether the application of fecal bacteria transplantation(FMT)combined with Mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)is compared with the efficacy of Mesalazine alone before and after the treatment of UC,and to observe whether FMT combined with Mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can increase the clinical efficacy.Provide new therapies for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.MethodsReviewing the clinical medical records of UC inpatients from the Department of Gastroenterology,The First Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical University from March2019 to December 2020,66 cases were enrolled according to the exclusion criteria, and they were grouped according to the clinical treatment plan:Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets is the control group;Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets is added to the FMT treatment as the observation group.By comparing the changes in clinical efficacy, serum inflammation-related indicators, immune indicators,Sutherland disease activity index scores and mucosal scores under colonoscopy of UC patients before and after 3 weeks of hospitalization between the two groups, the results were evaluated whether FMT combined with Mesalazine can be used Increase clinical efficacy.Results1.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were88.57%and 64.47%,respectively,Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(?~2=4.268,P<0.05);2.Comparison of red blood cell sedimentation rate and hemoglobin level before treatment between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the red blood cell sedimentation rate after treatment was lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the hemoglobin level after treatment was higher than that before the treatment, and the hemoglobin level in the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 after treatment were lower than before treatment, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.001);IL-8 level was lower than before treatment, and the inflammatory index level of the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference Statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Comparison of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+levels between the observation group and the control group before 3weekstreatment,the differencewas not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the CD8+levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,he difference was extremely statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment, the CD4+/CD8+levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05);5.There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the Sutherland disease activity index score and the colonoscopy mucosal score before treatment(P>0.05);the comparison of the Sutherland disease activity index score and the colonoscopy mucosal score after treatment was better than that of the treatment Before the decrease, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference in Sutherland disease activity index score was extremely statistically significant(P<0.001),and the difference in mucosal score under colonoscopy was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFMT combined with Mesalazine treatment can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, reduce excessive inflammation, and promote the repair of intestinal mucosa.
