| Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of bone trauma therapy instrument on children distal radius fracture.The bone trauma therapy instrument can relieve fracture pain,promote swelling reduction and improve the blood circulation of the affected limb in a non-invasive way.It provides a new method for comprehensive treatment of distal radius fracture in children,and also provides clinical basis for treating distal radius fracture in children with bone trauma therapy instrument.MethodsFrom June 2019 to December 2020 in wuhu orthopedics hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitalized children with 60 cases of distal radius fractures(see into the exclusion criteria),age 6 to 14 years old,by clinical and radiographic examination diagnosis of distal radius fractures for children(Salter-Harris points: Ⅱ type),all children with complete follow-up data.60 cases of children in line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were treated with manual reduction and exterior fixation with little splint,and then randomly divided into therapy group and control group.The therapy group was treated with bone trauma therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The pain score(according to Wong-Baker scoring standard),peripheral blood circulation index,affected limb swelling at 1 and 2 weeks after fracture,Cartland-Werley and other indicators of affected wrist joint function at 4 weeks after fracture were statistically processed.Analyze the data with statistical software,compare the difference and efficient between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsComplete follow-up data were obtained in 60 patients,30 in the therapy group and 30 in the control group.After 1 week,the pain score and swelling decrease effect in the therapy group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there were no meaningful differences in pain score and swelling reduction effect between the two groups after 2 weeks(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks,the symptoms of phantom limb pain and swelling in the two groups were similar,which had been basically relieved.The therapy group was better than the control group in alleviating the early pain of fracture.In terms of improving blood circulation,the difference of blood circulation finger oxygen index between the two groups was compared,and there was no statistical significance in the difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The difference of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The difference of the therapy group was lower than that of the control group after treatment on the 3rd,5th and 1st week of treatment(P<0.05).At the second week after treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the excellent and good rate of wrist function score between the two groups(P < 0.05).ConclusionDuring the curing of distal radius fractures in children,the early wrist pain,swelling of the affected wrist,and peripheral blood circulation symptoms of the affected limbs were improved to varying degrees in the two groups of children with distal radius fractures,but the therapy group was better than the control group.The therapy group was superior to the control group in the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function score on the affected side of children.In the early treatment of children distal radius fracture,bone trauma therapy instrument has certain advantages of relieving pain,reducing swelling quickly,and improving local peripheral blood circulation.This treatment method is non-invasive and clean,convenient to operate,and has excellent curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
