Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Outcome Of Standard Autologous Arteriovenous Fistula Angioplasty And The Predictive Value Of Preoperative Quantitative Scoring Table

Objective:Maintenance Hemodialysis patients with standard autogenous Arteriovenous Fistula keratoplasty quantitative factors and the influence of preoperative assessment of standard autogenous Arteriovenous Fistula plasty in the outcome of predictive value.Methods:Methods A total of 181 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent autologous radial artery-cephalic venous fistulas were admitted to the Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020.According to the outcome of internal fistula operation,the patients were divided into successful group(n=133 cases)and failed group(n=48cases).Comparison of two groups of data,including the basic situation(age,gender,history of hypertension and diabetes),laboratory indexes(albumin,cholesterol,triglycerides,parathyroid hormone levels and blood phosphorus levels,c-reactive protein,fibrinogen,D-dimer)and ultrasonics examination(heart left ventricular ejection fraction,inline fistula operation of radial artery and vein diameters).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Will be influential experts think the internal fistula surgical outcome indicators and meaningful after multiariable Logistic regression analysis indicators into arteriovenous fistula in preoperative quantitative assessment,the predictive value of preoperative quantitative rating scale for the outcome of internal fistula operation was analyzed by ROC curve.Results:The incidence of hypertension and diabetes in the failure group was higher than that in the successful group,the levels of CHO,TC,P,CRP and D-dimer were also higher than those in the successful group,and the levels of ALB and LVEF were lower than those in the successful group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).the two groups’ age,sex,fibrinogen level,arterial diameter and venous diameter were no significant differences.Albumin level,cholesterol level,serum phosphorus level,D-dimer and left ventricular ejection fraction were independent influencing factors for internal fistula operation(P <0.05).Preoperative quantitative score has predictive value for internal fistula surgery(area under ROC curve >0.5).Conclusion:Low Albumin level,High cholesterol level,High serum phosphorus level,High D-dimer and Low left ventricular ejection fraction are independent influencing factors for internal fistula operation.Preoperative quantitative rating scale has certain predictive value for internal fistula operation.
