| Objective:Abdominal distension is common in patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis undergoing posterior spinal canal exploration,decompression,bone graft fusion and internal fixation.It will not only increase the length of hospital stay,but also increase the risk of infection.The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical effect of vitamin B1 injection at Zusanli point on abdominal distension after degenerative lumbar scoliosis surgery.To relieve the symptoms of postoperative abdominal distension in a safer,simpler and more effective way,and to provide a new treatment for abdominal distension after lumbar surgery.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,46 patients with degenerative lumbar abdominal distension after lumbar surgery were selected from the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Jieshou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 23 patients in each group.The control group adopted DLS postoperative nursing routine,low-flow oxygen inhalation,electrocardiogram monitoring,blood oxygen saturation monitoring and other nursing,the treatment of upper and western medicine to anti-inflammatory and analgesic fluid and other symptomatic treatment,Chinese medicine to relax the muscles and collaterals,qi and blood circulation treatment,abdominal hot compresses,massage,etc.In addition to the routine nursing and treatment in the control group,vitamin B1 was injected at bilateral zusanli acupoint.The recovery time of bowel sound,the time of first exhaust and defecation,the score of abdominal distension and the therapeutic efficiency of the two groups were collected and recorded,and the data were processed by statistical analysis method.Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Zusanli injection of vitamin B1 on abdominal distension after degenerative lumbar scoliosis.Results:In the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first defecation and exhaust time of the two groups,the treatment group spent less time than the control group,after statistical analysis,there was statistical difference between the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.05);in the comparison of abdominal distension score between the treatment group and the control group after the first acupoint injection,the difference in abdominal distension score between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)The abdominal distension score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group from the second day,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the evaluation of the overall treatment efficiency,the two groups were 95.65% and 86.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin B1 injection injected at Zusanli point has a significant effect on postoperative abdominal distension in patients with DLS,which can significantly alleviate postoperative abdominal distension in patients,and is an effective treatment method combining Traditional Chinese and western medicine... |
