Research On Emergency Management System Of Public Health Emergencies In My Country

In recent years,as the focus of attention of all countries in the world under the background of globalization,emergencies in the health field with sudden,latent and destructive characteristics have frequently appeared,requiring us to be prepared to respond at all times.In the response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic,China’s advantages represented by the nationwide system have been shown,but it is also necessary to be soberly aware of the problems that were not adapted to the requirements of the new era in the emergency response,reserves,early warning,and information release exposed at the initial stage of the response.The epidemic is related to the survival,stability and development of mankind,and the success or failure of the country.Emergency management of public health emergencies has become an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.This article uses the literature research method to integrate and comb the current domestic and foreign research results,and find that the domestic and foreign related research mainly focuses on the analysis of the emergency management plan system and the comprehensive monitoring and the performance of duties in the emergency management process.So my research focuses on the emergency management system of public emergencies in our country,from the macro level of the four dimensions of the plan,the system,the mechanism and the legal system.With the help of the relevant information found on the official website,we reviewed the development process of our country ’ s emergency management system for public health emergencies from the initial establishment to the gradual development to the current “one case,three systems”.Neutralization and post-event is the time axis,analyzing the response mechanism of the emergency management system for public health emergencies in China,and finally using case analysis,combining theory with practice,and comparing the emergency management process of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan with the previous summary results,Find out the advantages and problems of this response,and combine the four-stage model of public crisis management PPRR(prevention,preparation,response,recovery)to engage in the four stages of pre-prevention,in-event preparation,in-event response,and post-event recovery.Propose a reasonable way to improve the emergency management system of public health emergencies in our country.Through research,it is found that in the process of responding to the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan,there is an early warning mechanism in the crisis generation stage that is effective,risk early warning is lagging,information release and public opinion guidance is not strong;the emergency mechanism during the epidemic spreading stage responds passively;the crisis control stage Governance faces challenges and other issues,so it proposes to establish an effective emergency prevention and early warning mechanism based on the four stages of public crisis management;enrich the emergency system reserve,improve the emergency management legal system;strengthen education;strengthen the health information system Construction;strengthening emergency incident drills,etc.to improve our country’s emergency management system for public health emergencies.The topic of this article is novel and of great practical significance,which caters to the needs of the times.At the same time,a model is established based on the relevant knowledge of crisis management,theory is combined with practice,and a detailed analysis of each subject of the emergency management response to the new coronary pneumonia in Wuhan has been made,making the article pertinent and realistic.
