| Equity incentive is an effective tool to solve the problem of principal-agent in modern company system.It allows operators to participate in decision-making based on shareholder rights in the way of equity award,and make them form a community of interests with enterprises by improving the value of the company and increase their own wealth.Since listing in 2009,more and more companies have implemented equity incentive plans to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Under this background,it is a hot topic to choose which equity incentive mode and how to set up the exercise conditions.With the increase of myopia rate and the aging of the population,the blindness caused by eye disease is very high in the elderly.Eye disease is listed as one of the three major problems of human quality of life in the world.Attention to eye health is increasing.However,the existing ophthalmic medical treatment has the problems of insufficient resources,low quality and uneven distribution,whether it is aimed at teenagers or middle-aged people,the eye health market is promising,and is in the period of accelerating growth.Private ophthalmic hospital industry has the following characteristics: high technology,high input and high growth.,The main cost of the company in this industry mainly depends on the cost of human resources.Ayer Ophthalmology introduced multi-level and muti-form equity incentives,including stock options,restricted stock and partner plans to attract and retain talents.The creative equity incentives,introduced by Ayer Ophthalmology,stimulated the motivation of the management team and encouraged the innovation of the talents.It achieved the company’s aim of replication and expansion successfully and provided a valuable reference for other companies in the industry to implement equity incentives.Based on the theory of human resources,principal-agent and comprehensive incentive,this paper probes into the motivation of the implementation of its three equity incentives and studies the effect of its equity incentives.The research idea of this paper is,first of all,through combing the relevant literature of equity incentive,this paper puts forward the theme and significance of the research;Secondly,based on the theory of human capital,principal-agent theory and comprehensive incentive theory,this paper combines the scheme and implementation motivation of Eyre Ophthalmology triple equity incentive,and constructs a four-dimensional equity incentive implementation effect evaluation idea from the financial performance dimension,market performance dimension,innovation performance dimension and market share.Through the research of this paper,this paper discusses how and how to transmit the effect of the implementation of equity incentive to all aspects of the enterprise,and draw lessons from the experience of making equity incentive plans for other pharmaceutical industry companies in order to better improve the competitiveness of the company.This paper aims to promote the equity incentive plans for other pharmaceutical industry companies and help them to enhance their competitiveness and vitality,based on the study of the effectiveness Eyre Ophthalmology’s equity incentives. |
