Research On Collaborative Management Of Public Health Emergencies In Urban Communities

The complexity and destructive nature of public health emergencies determines that it is difficult to prevent and control it completely and effectively by relying solely on the government’s "one nuclear" force.In the urban community collaboration mechanism,coordination across multiple subjects has always been a real dilemma.Its research It also has strategic value.Here,the overall overall analysis based on the social network diagram + the meso-analysis of the whole life cycle of the crisis + the qualitative descriptive analysis of in-depth community research is used as the research logical framework to explore the collaborative communication between emergency organizations.How government agencies coordinate and organize various social resources to prevent the occurrence and spread of health emergencies is an important starting point for improving the modernization of social governance capabilities.Here,social network analysis is used to study the community network structure,trying to use clear diagrams.This article selects the typical and representative L community in Karamay City as the research community,and explores how various cooperative organizations cooperate and act in concert in the "one core and multiple" network structure when the L community responds to public health emergencies.the L community of Karamay City initiated the attempts and explorations of effective “run-in” among the multiple in response,and achieved results.However,the following problems have also been exposed from the cooperation: insufficient participation of social forces,delayed coordinated actions,emergency information communication channels,imperfect integration of big data information systems;from the "multiple" target,professional human resources,emergency coordination System and emergency coordination information dissemination has analyzed its internal reasons;based on the theory of collaborative governance,it is feasible to outline a four-dimensional coordination path of subject coordination,process coordination,system coordination,and tool coordination,and strive to promote the same type of urban communities in Xinjiang.Do some useful exploratory research.
