Study Of The Levels Of Irisin And Osteocalcin In Type 2 Diabetes With Osteoporosis And Their Correlation

Objective:Research the level of Irisin and osteocalcin（OCN）and the correlation among T2DM with OP,which study may provide new ideas to clinical prevention and the treatment of T2DM with OP.Method:From May to December 2020,we selected 50 patients with T2DM,50 patients with T2DM with OP and 50 people with healthy body who went to a doctor in First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University.They were divided into T2DM group,T2DM combined OP group,control group（NC group）.Detected by ELISA method Irisin and OCN level for each subject;Then,measured and calculated other relevant indicators.Comparison of changes in various indicators and analysing Irisin and OCN level in three groups.Finaly,analyzing Irisin and OCN correlation and their correlation with other indicators.Result:（1）Irisin and OCN level in T2DM combined OP group:the serum Irisin levels in T2DM with OP group was lower than the T2DM group and NC group[（2328.52±299.02）VS（2458.26±329.35）VS（2655.97±403.25）pg·m L^-1,t=-2.857,-5.317,P<0.05];The levels of serum OCN in T2DM with OP group was lower than T2DM group and NC group[（46.55±19.58）VS（62.49±18.17）VS（80.20±15.33）ng·m L^-1,t=-4.219,-9.567,P<0.05];（2）Irisin and OCN correlation of T2DM combined OP group:Irisin and OCN,lumbar spine density were positively related（r=0.354,0.392,P<0.05）;Irisin was negatively correlated with Hb Alc,HOMA-IR,BMI and FPG（r=-0.326,-0.504,-0.457,-0.719,P<0.05）;OCN and Irisin,C-P,25（OH）D were positively related（r=0.354,0.291,0.305,P<0.05）;OCN was negatively correlated with Hb Alc,TG and course of disease（r=-0.513,-0.297,-0.285,P<0.05）;（3）Multiple linear regression analysis:FPG can influent the level of Irisin alone（t=-3.860,p=0.000）;Hb Alc can influent the level of OCN alone（t=-2.475,p=0.017）.Conclusion:（1）Irisin and OCN level was reduced in T2DM with OP group,which was relational with occurrence of T2DM with OP;（2）Irisin was positively correlated with OCN,and Irisin level was influenced by the independence of FPG,OCN level was influenced by the independence of FPG.
