Objective To compare and evaluate the clinical effects of multi-point ligation and non-incision levator ani muscle tightening in the treatment of rectal prolapse, providing a new minimally invasive surgery method with remarkable curative effect and long-lasting effect for the treatment of rectal prolapse through the perineum. Methods The case data of this study were derived from 61 patients with rectal prolapse who met the inclusion criteria from October 2018 to December 2020 in the Anorectal Center of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. They were randomly divided into 30 cases in the experimental group and 31 cases in the control group. The experimental group was treated with multi-point ligation and levator ani muscle contraction without incision, and the control group was treated with multi-point ligation and anal ring contraction. The bleeding volume, postoperative constipation severity score(ODS score),pain degree, postoperative anal function, urination function, and length of stay were recorded in the two groups, and a conclusion was drawn through statistical analysis. Results 1.All patients have received surgical treatment, with good compliance and no serious complications 2.The baseline data of the two groups of patients, such as gender, age, and course of disease, were consistent. There was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative urination and preoperative ODS scores 3.Preoperative testing of safety indicators showed that the patients had no severe liver and kidney dysfunction,no severe coagulation dysfunction, and no other test results that seriously affected the safety of patients 4.There was a statistically significant difference in the amount of bleeding during surgery between the two groups(P<0.05),and the amount of bleeding in the test group was even less 5.The pain degree of 6h and 12 h after operation was statistically analyzed, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)6.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of pain at 1 day,3 days, and 7 days after operation(P>0.05)7.The number of days of hospitalization of patients in the experimental group was less than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)8.Comparing the urination of postoperative complications, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)9.There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.Multi-point ligation and non-incision levator ani muscle contraction can effectively treat rectal prolapse.2.Multi-point ligation and non-incision levator ani muscle contraction have no serious complications.3.Multi-point ligation and no incision Levator ani muscle tightening surgery is better than traditional surgery in reducing intraoperative bleeding and reducing postoperative pain.
