Objective: The new type of coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)is a type of pneumonia caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).It is highly infectious and close contact is the main way of transmission.Studies have shown that the incubation period of COVID-19 is 1-14 days,mainly 3-7 days.The most common symptoms are fever,fatigue,cough,etc.,but also headache,nasal congestion,sore throat,muscle and joint aches,etc.It should be noted that the epidemic period,transmission route,and incubation period of COVID-19 are the same as those of influenza,and the common symptoms of patients are also similar to those of influenza.Therefore,this study will help to find the difference between the two groups of cases through the comparative study of confirmed and suspected COVID-19 cases in Shenyang and the investigation and analysis of the clustered epidemic,so as to realize the differential diagnosis of COVID-19 and other similar diseases,the purpose of effectively curbing the spread of the disease.Methods: Select 58 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 776 suspected COVID-19 cases reported by designated hospitals in Shenyang from January 20,2020 to May 13,2020.Use face-to-face and questionnaire surveys.The main contents of the investigation include: age,gender,occupation,current address,past history,date of onset,survey sampling date,case diagnosis date,travel history,contact history,case source and source area,activity track,close contacts,related cases,If it is an imported case,collect the date of arrival,transportation,transit location,early clinical manifestations,maximum body temperature,blood routine test results,etiological test results,pathological changes of the lung,the type of pathological changes,the location of the disease,and the involvement The number of lung lobes,cluster epidemics,and the number of cases included in each cluster.Analyze the above survey data of the cases,combine the content of the questionnaire survey,use Excel 2007 to collate the data,SPSS 23.0 analysis data,and initially discuss the comparative study of confirmed and suspected COVID-19 cases in Shenyang City and the investigation and analysis of cluster epidemics.Results:1.By comparing the demographic characteristics of confirmed cases and suspected cases,it is found that the occupational difference between the two groups of cases is statistically significant(P<0.05).The confirmed cases are mainly students,while the suspected cases are mainly staff.2.By comparing the epidemiological characteristics of confirmed cases and suspected cases,it was found that the differences between the two groups of cases in terms of travel history,contact history,and source of cases were statistically significant(P<0.05).The confirmed cases are mainly non-Hubei residence history,Hubei contact history,and overseas import,while the suspected cases are mainly non-Hubei residence history,non-Hubei contact history.3.By comparing the clinical characteristics of confirmed cases and suspected cases,it is found that the two groups of cases are statistically different in early clinical manifestations,maximum body temperature,and blood routine testing(P<0.05).The early clinical manifestations of the two groups of cases were mainly fever,and the highest body temperature was mostly concentrated in low fever(37.3-38 ℃)and moderate fever(38.1-39 ℃).In terms of routine blood testing,WBC(10 9/L),N(%)And the main performance of L(%)is mainly normal.4.By comparing the imaging characteristics of confirmed cases and suspected cases,the two groups of cases are statistically different in lesion type,lesion location,and lung lobes involvement(P<0.05).The types of lung lesions in the confirmed cases are mainly patchy and ground glass shadows,while the suspected cases are mainly other changes.The pathological changes of the lungs of the two groups were mainly scattered in both lungs.5.Through the investigation and analysis of the clustered epidemic situation,it is found that SARS-CoV-2 can be transmitted from person to person during the incubation period.Conclusions:1.The occupational and epidemiological differences between confirmed cases and suspected cases of early new coronary pneumonia in Shenyang are statistically significant,and there are also significant differences in clinical and imaging characteristics.2.Through the investigation and analysis of the clustered epidemic situation in the family and travel,it is further confirmed that exposure to the same space will increase the probability of infection.
