| Objective:Chronic non-specific low back pain is currently a common clinical disease.Patients are often accompanied by lumbar and back muscle pain, limited activity and other symptoms, especially the limitation of previous flexion activity, which affects their work and life quality. At present, the conventional treatment methods for patients with chronic nonspecific neck, shoulder, lumbar and leg pain are mainly drug therapy and conservative treatment, among which physiotherapy and manual treatment are the main methods. However, after clinical treatment, such patients often have recurrence of low back pain and seek medical advice repeatedly. The difference in efficacy of the two treatments remains to be studied. This article aims to study the clinical efficacy of 4R technology in posture decryption technology,an emerging spinal manipulation treatment method and conventional physiotherapy methods for patients with chronic non-specific low back pain. Methods:Forty patients with chronic non-specific low back pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional physical therapy programs, which mainly included: medium frequency electrotherapy, selecting the prescription mode for low back pain, placing the electrode pads on the affected area,20 minutes each time,5 times a week for 2 weeks;high-frequency electrotherapy, placing the treatment electrode pads 15 cm away from the affected area Place,20 min each time,5 times a week,a total of 2 weeks. The treatment group was treated with spinal manipulation(4R technique). After the neutral position of the joints of the whole body was assessed, the body surface signs in the non-neutral position were found, and the joints and muscles of the corresponding parts were adjusted by manipulation. Each treatment time was 20 minutes, every week Carry out 2 treatments for a total of 2 weeks. Both groups of patients underwent VAS and ODI before treatment, after treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment;respectively, recorded the degree of lumbar flexion before treatment, after the first treatment, and after the completion of the treatment;before and after treatment,After the completion of the treatment, the surface EMG flexion-relaxation ratio(FRR)was recorded. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in VAS score,ODI score, lumbar flexion degree, and surface electromyography low back muscle extension and flexion ratio(FRR)(P>0.05).After completing the treatment,1 month and 3 months after the treatment, compared with the VAS before the treatment, the difference between the two groups of patients was significant(P<0.05)and the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment ODI after the completion of the treatment, there are differences in the treatment group and between the two groups(P<0.05),and there is no difference in the control group(P>0.05);1 month and 3 months after treatment, compared with the ODI before treatment There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the first treatment, the flexion degree of the lumbar spine before the treatment was significantly different in the treatment group and between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the control group(P>0.05);after the treatment was completed, the flexion of the lumbar spine before the treatment was significantly different. For the degree, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the FRR before the treatment, the difference between the two groups of patients was significant(P<0.05)and the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study found that patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain after intervention with spinal manipulation(4R techniques)were able to reduce pain early and accelerate the disease recovery process, improve lumbar motion, reduce lumbar and back muscle tension, and relax lumbar and back muscle groups.Therefore,4R techniques can be used as a new spinal manipulation method to accelerate the pain relief process and improve the quality of life in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain. |
